  Right in front of the beach, just need to walk across the street. Friendly staffs, in room service food is phenomenal. I wish I can stay a bit longer. They also providing beach towels at lobby if asked. Ms. Tham was very helpful with us from check in to check out. Definitely recommend this place to all my friends and definitely will come back here on my next business trip.

  I don't know where and how to start to appreciate to the stuffs (front desk, chefs, concierge and house keepers) My five stars *****isn't enough! I really want to many thanks to chefs (Chinese restaurant: he is an exllent chef! He has been in Phuket for a few years and he knows how to create the guests maximum satisfaction and other chef who did demonstration to make a new year special meal. Its very important to cook a wonderful meal but the most beautiful thing is care the guests with repect! Thanks to the mangers and owner to have the greatest people) I highly recommend this hotel.

  “Absolutely amazing stay at Fleur De Lys Hotel Quy Nhon! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were truly exceptional. Every question was answered with a smile, and they went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. The hospitality here is on another level. The staff were friendly, patient, and always eager to assist with recommendations, transportation, and anything we needed. It honestly felt like five-star service from people who truly care about their guests. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what really made this experience unforgettable was the incredible front desk team. They are the heart of this hotel. Highly recommend Fleur De Lys Hotel Quy Nhon to anyone visiting Quy Nhon. We will definitely be back!!!!

  I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights with my family, and overall it was a very enjoyable experience with just a few areas that could be improved. **Room & Comfort:** The room was spacious, clean, and felt very new and modern. It was perfect for a family stay. The bed was large enough to comfortably fit three people, which made sleeping arrangements easy and relaxing. We also had a sea-view room with a balcony, which was a great bonus. The balcony was not only nice for enjoying the view but also very practical for drying our swimsuits. **Facilities:** The hotel facilities are well-maintained and modern. Everything feels new and thoughtfully designed. There is also plenty of parking space available, which made it very convenient for us since we were traveling by car. **Swimming Pool:** This was definitely the highlight of our stay. I absolutely love, love, love the pool—it’s the best pool I’ve experienced among many hotels I’ve stayed at. There are two long pools: one for kids and one for adults, which is perfect for families. Both pools are spacious, clean, and great for relaxing or swimming laps. **Beach Access:** The hotel offers very easy access to the beach, just a short walk away. While the sea in front of the hotel may not be the most stunning coastline, it is still very pleasant for swimming and sunbathing. **Staff & Service:** The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. They were always ready to assist, which made the overall experience even better. **Breakfast:** Breakfast was okay—fairly standard. There weren’t many choices, but it was sufficient and similar to what you would expect from a typical hotel breakfast. **Bathroom:** One aspect I didn’t enjoy much was the bathroom. While it was functional, it didn’t match the quality and comfort of the rest of the room and could use some improvement. **Areas for Improvement:** One suggestion would be to have more staff available around the pool area. Since the pool is such a key feature of the hotel, it would be great if ordering drinks and service there were more accessible and efficient. **Overall Experience:** Overall, this hotel is a great choice for families. With its spacious rooms, excellent pool, convenient beach access, and friendly staff, it offers a very enjoyable stay. With a few small improvements, it could become an outstanding destination.

  Very great stay! Clean rooms, excellent service, and a wonderful stay. We stayed here for 2 nights and had a great time here while exploring Quy Nhon. The hotel is all around modern, luxurious, & attentive. The location is steps away from the beach and by great local spots. They have amenities such as a gym and pool. Our stay was very peaceful.

  Was immediately greeted and served a welcome drink. The hotel is located right across the beach. The front desk was super helpful and suggested great local restaurants to try. Soap was not filled and iron was no where to be found. Saw some guests wash their hand in the pool, which ruined it for me. Otherwise great location great staff decent hotel.

  The beach right in front of the hotel didn’t have any sun beds, so had to walk 5mins to go to a beach bar and pay 80K for sunbed with towel and water bottle included. The pool area is nice but only a few sun beds so if you come during a crowded time, it wouldn’t be enjoyable. Breakfast has a lot of variety, taste wise is decent. Rooms are clean and spacious. The balcony has a nice view.

  This hotel was amazing we arrived both not well and it was so calm. The room was lovely and we could see the beach, and all the town. They had great staff, who were just so helpful. Within the hotel there were three places to eat and all of them were really good. We particularly liked the ground floor Chinese Style resturant. The pool was lovely and clean with nice places to sit. Overall fantastic.
