  I had a lovely stay at Odin. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They made me feel truly welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and close to many local cafes and restaurants, yet still quiet enough for a peaceful night’s rest. I especially loved the warm atmosphere here; it felt personal and genuine, not just another hotel stay. Thank you Odin team for making my days in Quy Nhon so pleasant. I’d definitely come back next time!

  I was there at weekday. The staff was friendly and helpful. The check in and check out was quick. The staff helped me hire motorbike which was very convenient for us. The room was clean with a big window that had a view to the city. The bed was comfortable. Everything was new in the hotel. From the hotel to the beach and other famous attractions of the city was very close. There was a swimming pool and the gym at the top of the hotel with the nice view of the city. I was at the swimming pool area in the evening but it was windy so I decided to skip the swimming pool and use the gym instead. The gym was quite small and there were enough tools to train.

  We visited our mom in Vietnam. Mom's house was very small and it is like 100 years old. That is the only reason why we booked this Odin hotel. We stayed in this hotel for 16 days. We were just very glad we did. The hotel was very beautiful. The service was very impeccable. The staff went out of their way to give us the best service. 👌. The room has a great view of the city surrounding and the views of the bay. We were invited to the hotel year end celebration. The food was excellent. And the manager even extended our late check out until 5 pm on the day we were leaving because we had a late flight out of Qui Nhon. We were very happy and appreciated. We told the staff we would like to come back here for another visit. We were very happy. Lots of thanks to the staff of Odin hotel.

  I had a wonderful stay at Odin Hotel and would happily return on a future trip to Quy Nhơn. The room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable, with one of the best bathrooms I’ve experienced in a hotel at this price point. The ocean-view bathtub was an absolute highlight and made for a very relaxing stay. I also appreciated that the hotel accommodated my request for a quiet corner room away from the elevators, which made the room peaceful both day and night. The staff were friendly, communicative, and professional throughout my stay. They also kindly stored my luggage before check-in, which was very helpful after an early arrival. The breakfast selection was varied and enjoyable, and the hotel’s location makes it easy to explore the city while still enjoying beautiful ocean views. During one of the busiest periods of my stay, room service took a little longer than expected, which is understandable given how busy the hotel was. What stood out most was how the team handled the situation. They were courteous, responsive, and genuinely focused on ensuring we left satisfied. Their willingness to listen and provide a thoughtful resolution demonstrated a strong commitment to guest experience and customer care. Overall, Odin Hotel provided excellent value, comfortable accommodations, beautiful views, and attentive service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Quy Nhơn and would gladly stay here again.

  Unmatched Hospitality and Service at Odin Quy Nhon I recently stayed here with my partner, and I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. What truly sets this place apart is its incredible team. From the moment we checked in the front desk staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome with an unexpected room upgrade. They were efficient and incredibly accommodating for us and took care of our every need. What impressed me the most was their phenomenal flexibility. A huge shout out to the breakfast crew ! Mornings can be chaotic, but this team runs the breakfast service like a finely tuned machine. They were bright, attentive, and genuinely cheerful. Not only was the buffet delicious, but their positive friendly energy was the absolute best way to start the day. The true test of a great hotel isn't whether everything is perfect at all times, but how they handle it when it isn't.We had some things come up and they were all taken care of same day and some of them even immediately. Within minutes of us mentioning something the team had everything resolved with zero hassle involved. Their responsiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction were top-tier. If you want a stay where you feel genuinely cared for and valued as a guest, look no further. I would absolutely return to Odin, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

  This is more like 3 start hotel not 4. However the room was clean and spacious with all facilities what you requiered. The pool on the 18th floor was clean but water was a bit cold. Nice view from the roof. Them staff didn't speak great English but they tried to be helpfull and supportive. Unfortunatley when we arrived we haven't been given the room we booked but they changed it when we requested. Someone constantly smoked in our floor and it stinks and it seems like nothing have been done about this despite numerous complaints.

  Very happy with the room quality everything seemed like new, lovely bed and pillows, great shower and was given a corner room with no-one on either side so it was one of the quietest hotel rooms ever. Staff were very welcoming helpful and friendly and if I ever come to Quy Nhon again this will be the first choice, I didn't get breakfast with my room but was a regular in the coffee shop opposite the hotel.

  A good size room with a comfortable bed and a good view. The bathroom had a good shower with conditioner as well as shampoo and shower gel, and the hotel also provided body lotion. Oddly, there was a separate bath in the bedroom area, but all the toiletries were bolted to the wall in the shower. There was little by way of storage space in the bedroom. Only one side of the bed had a bedside lamp, and although the hotel was almost empty, they were unable to provide a second one. There were hairs on the floor in the bedroom and bathroom, and the shower screen looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. |The buffet breakfast on the first morning was lack lustre and the staff uninterested. The tables had not been properly cleaned and had crumbs on them. On our second and third mornings, there were so few guests that they offered an à la carte breakfast, which was much better. |The manager was very helpful. He organised a further clean of our room after we complained. We had been given the name of a reliable driver, and the manager called him, arranged a tour and negotiated a price. |The rooftop pool and bar were out of action, having been damaged by a recent storm. The gym was open. The equipment was adequate, but did not appear to have been cleaned recently.
