  Vợ chồng mình thuộc thế hệ U60 và vừa có trải nghiệm nghỉ dưỡng 3 đêm tuyệt vời tại đây. Homestay tuy nhỏ nhưng vô cùng xinh xắn và dễ thương nằm trong một con hẻm nhỏ bình yên, ngay đối diện là biển nên việc đi tắm biển cực kỳ thuận tiện. Điểm cộng tinh tế là em chủ nhà đã chuẩn bị sẵn dép đi biển và lắp vòi nước ngay cửa ra vào để khách rửa sạch cát trước khi vào nhà. Từ homestay, chỉ vài bước chân là ra đến con đường ven biển Xuân Diệu náo nhiệt, rất gần khu ẩm thực, các hàng quán ăn uống. Em chủ nhà rất thân thiện, hiếu khách. Đặc biệt, "quản lý nhí" là cậu con trai khoảng 8 - 9 tuổi của em ấy vô cùng lễ phép, vui vẻ và lanh lợi. Điều khiến vợ chồng mình hài lòng và an tâm nhất chính là phòng ốc cực kỳ sạch sẽ, không gian thoáng mát vô cùng. Với mức giá chỉ 350k/đêm, dịch vụ nhận lại vượt xa mong đợi. Nếu có dịp quay lại Quy Nhơn, chắc chắn vợ chồng mình vẫn sẽ tiếp tục chọn nơi này làm điểm dừng chân!

  Like living in a train station Pros: - great location in the center steps away from the beach - big room, comfortable bed, good aircon Cons: - a big hole in one wall instead of a window, letting in all the noise and light while letting out the air-conditioned air - no privacy, with cameras, some of them motion-tracking, watching you from every angle. feels like a prison - no sound-proofing, with the owner's (?) extended family that has no concept of moderating their noise at any time day or night living their lives right outside your door. you never find rest - the default pose of most of the family is lying on the sofa watching their phones at full volume, so when you come in you feel you are intruding and annoyed at the same time - a cheap supermarket electronic bell pointlessly screaming at highest volume whenever someone opens the front door, day or night - a window near the bed without any curtain facing the neighbor's terrace and windows, had to tape it over with a plastic bag - no convenient place to park your scooter While I enjoy Quy Nhon (visited already a couple of times), this time I was glad when it was time to leave. I finally had a good rest at my next destination.
