  A beautiful apartment, over looking the sea and city all from the same spot. Very airy and comfy beds, this apartment has to large doubles, good size wardrobes. A lovely kitchen area, which I use very often. A shower with lovely hot water

  We staying there for 2 weeks and although the facilities are not brand new and you can see that the flat has been used for a couple of year its not bad at all. The most things are just of cosmetic nature. The only thing i really did not like is that the kitchen is not equipped at all. Just 1 spoon 1 pot and no cutting board.

  Fellow travelers, Trust me- just Don’t choose this whole building. Doesn’t matter who is the owner and what property, if there are lots of insects in one room, you know there’s a hella tons of those in the building. Ants everywhere, cockroaches- in a microwave, on the walls, on the table, and different types of flies. There are much better and cleaner places in Vietnam along the beach in new buildings. TMS residence- is ab absolutely trashy place - unhygienic. They obviously put zero effort to solve that, but don’t match the price of what their rooms deliver. Wanna pay for living with ants and cockroaches?

  Where do I start communication with owners was terrible. They cancelled my room at 2:30 in the morning because we didn’t contact them back within 10 minutes. General rule Most people are sleeping at 2:30 in the morning You said you had a gym and swimming pool, then you wanted us to pay extra We eventually checked out you charged us 1.2 million and then your staff member tried to steal half 1 million dong from us. Stay away from this place in fact if it’s an apartment and you’re not staying there for a month use a hotel as you could get into complications as it’s illegal to read a private residence in Vietnam

  Extremely dirty and smelly from the sheets , pillows to the towels , the room. I stayed room 925 and it horrible experiences. Booked for few days but ended up stay 1 and left. Owner seems does not care, so does the staffs. Considering before booking. There so much more apts in same building and their services are highly recommend

  The building offers rooms with a great view. However, their elevators system is ATROCIOUS. If you want to go anywhere, get ready to wait a long time for an elevator, then it’s gonna be overcrowded and stop every few floors. Multiple times we called an elevator just to see all 4 of them waiting on 1st/5th floor, they won’t move for a few minutes, and once any of them starts ascending it’ll collect all people waiting from the top floors and quickly get overcrowded. Also, some people seem to constantly ride the elevators back and forth between floors. We could see the same faces often regardless of the time, adding to the problem.

  Great staff on appointment of are room the bedding and towels were in need of a good cleaning with bleach they where grey rather than white would suggest binning them and buying new other than that it was ok good location close to the beach

  I just spent 2 nights @TMS. My advise is to avoid it. While the location is good, and price is low, you get what you pay for. My room was large but I would describe as filthy. The was obvious and abundant black mold on the shower and around the bathroom sink. The shower glass was completely "fogged" by scale buildup that clearly had not been cleaned for a long time. Shower floor was "brown" ( white porcelain.....not). The balcony had a broken down cloths rack that was rusted and obviously soiled bedsheets on corner. The shower water was like warm at best and my friend in another suite said his was not even warm.
