  It is fortunate for Roshi to have an exceptional Manager/host Ms. Hau. We never experienced the fast response like her in the world, very supporive with any request from customers. We stayed almost 2 weeks with different type of rooms. most of them are great with the affordable price. We strongly recommend for the unit with 1 bed room, it is deal for a family up to 5 peoples. The condotel is located in a strategic locations, easy to walk to tye beach, many local foods surrounding. One drawback is that, the condotel located in the tallest building of the city, sometimes quite crowded, but not much Roshi can do. ( it means bussines going well right?) We thank again Ms Hau for the great support during our stay, and we will come back.

  This is a multi storey high rise apartment/hotel. It is very busy and sometimes you will encounter long waits for the elevator. We had a couple issues with the property and the host did his best to resolve some of them. There was a leak in the bathroom sink drain which was resolved. The other problem was with the fridge which would not get cold, however the freezer section worked but as expected would freeze the things you placed inside. The host said he would have it repaired but that never happened. Photos of the property in Agoda showed a washer and listed it as a feature, however, it didn't work. We stayed for 6 nights and after the 3rd we realized that you had to request to have the room cleaned and serviced. There were no literature in the room explaining this or any other details. We contacted the host and they arranged to come by and refresh the room. They cleaned and dropped off more water and removed the towels but did not replace them. That was quickly remedied by contacting the host again. We were very pleased with most aspects of our stay here but were quite disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. On a positive note the view on the balcony was amazing. We would love to give this place s glowing 5 star review, but in all honesty it fell short on deserving that.

  The place wasn't properly cleaned and was poorly maintained. The topper and blanket are made up of cheap fabric that made me sweat all through the night. The manager was very unfriendly. No cleaning on the second day. This was not a luxury experience by any measure.

  I don't know who these people are that rate this hotel so highly. Our experience there was really terrible, from check-in to check-out. The rooms are just awful, dirty, various insects and bugs, rusty shower, dirt just everywhere. We booked for 4 nights but were only able to stay for 1, then we said we wanted to leave quickly and get our money back, and they agreed, but when we checked out there was no one at the reception, we waited and searched for about 20 minutes but then gave up and just left this terrible hotel. If you want a good place to stay, don't choose it

  Where do I even start. What you see online has nothing to do with reality. These flats are falling apart. The kitchen is purely decorative—no basic utensils, nothing usable. The bathroom is in the same condition: dirty, worn out, and clearly not maintained. We asked twice for proper cleaning. What we got was a quick splash of water. That’s it. Completely unacceptable. There is zero soundproofing, so forget about rest—this place attracts weekend party guests and you will hear everything. Do not be fooled by the photos. They are misleading. Room service is another issue: the staff are polite, but they have no products, no tools, nothing to actually do their job. It feels like they are being set up to fail, which is uncomfortable to witness. AVOID!
