  Seaview room have a great view, price is cheap, but the beach in front of hotel is dirty with many gảbage, location is a bit far from center, around have some seafood restaurant

  NHÀ VỆ SINH CỦA KHÁCH SẠN RẤT HÔI.. mình thuê dùm 2 phòng đôi nhưng đều bị phản ánh là WC rất hôi, báo với lễ tân thì báo hết phòng (?), khách sạn sẽ thu 100% khi nhận phòng, nên mọi người nên test kĩ, ngoài vấn đề mùi ra thì view cũng rất ổn

  I booked a room via Agoda. They confirmed booking. When i came, they said they don’t have this room but have bigger one with 1,5x price. According to booking rules if the hotel doesn’t have your room and only has better room for you they must give it to you with the same price of your booking, because it was their fault. It’s prohibited to ask to pay higher price in this situation. But they refused. By the way, they had a lot of free rooms (a lot of free keys on reception table). These people are greedy liars and they break the rules of booking, they just wanna get more money from people doing that hotel popular cheating. Try to avoid this place because greedy people like owners of such hotels can ruin all your trip and holidays not matter are apartments good or not. I lost my time there and changed a hotel to a fair one.

  I stayed at the Vivu Hotel in Quy Nhon for four nights in early August 2023. Honestly, I chose this hotel based on the balcony view I saw in pictures online. In that regard, I was not disappointed, as the ocean view was stunning from my 6th floor balcony, and it was really fun seeing all the people descend on the beach to have fun in the late afternoons and early evenings each day. While English is limited with some staff members, check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff was always helpful. The facilities could probably use an update to be honest, as the property seems a little dated, and the water pressure could use a boost in the shower. That being said, you can't really complain when you're getting that view at such a low price. ||I really enjoyed my time in Quy Nhon and would love to return someday. To be honest, I'd probably try to stay somewhere a little closer to the center of the beach next time, but all things considered, you can't go wrong at the Vivu Hotel if you're looking for for a great ocean view with a balcony at a pretty cheap price.
