  We had a really good massage here. The staff was friendly and attentive. However, there are a couple things to know. It's not really a full Korean Spa - there are no hot/cold baths. Also, the WC was located outside the main area, and was not nearly as nice or clean as the inside. I definitely recommend coming here for a massage, just don't expect a full Korean spa service.

  PROS: Nice relaxation environment (hot room 46°C Himalaya salt, cold room 0°C). Attentive staff. Good price (mornings 125kvnd/person/day) CONS: it’s not really a sauna as I know it from Europe. The hot room is not hot enough (should be above 80°C for me), the cold room is not cold enough for me, No cooling/ice water pool. No jacuzzi water massage pool. The cold room has a bit of a bad moldy stink. If these things were improved I would happily visit regularly and recommend to everyone.

  Huge disappointment – stay away! (Don't let the reviews mislead you) ​Rating: ​Spa & Atmosphere: 1 star (the lowest rating possible). ​Massage: 3 stars. ​Review: We came to Charm Spa following the good reviews on Google, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. ​Atmosphere and Facility: The exterior entrance might look beautiful and inviting, but once you step inside, you realize that is not the case at all. The place looks very dated, and there is a strong smell of mold inside the spa area. The atmosphere is far from relaxing – instead of being able to disconnect and unwind, there was a "prison" vibe, especially in the shower area, which looked neglected and uninviting. There wasn't even any relaxing background music. ​Service and Massage: We arrived at 8:00 PM, and perhaps that is the reason, but the massage therapists looked very tired, as if they were just waiting for us to leave. The massage itself was mediocre at best, with nothing special about it, and there was a clear feeling for both my husband and me that they were doing us a "favor" and just wanted to finish their shift. Additionally, my husband had to wait a full 20 minutes for his therapist to arrive. ​Other Important Points: ​Payment: Payment was collected from us in advance at the beginning of the service, so we had no opportunity to reconsider or address the service we were receiving. ​Bright Spots (few): The receptionist was nice, and the refreshments served at the end were decent. ​Conclusion: We came for a massage and a spa atmosphere – and we didn't get it. It was a waste of time and money. I do not recommend it at all!

  Not a Korean spa at all, staff followed me around, strange things happening in the room next door. Avoid this place like the plague. I won’t return, of course, just want to make sure others learn from this experience.
