  I had a great first-time stay at the hotel, particularly enjoying the spa service. The entire staff was friendly, and I appreciated how detailed the receptionist's - Thương instructions were. My, who performed my massage, was excellent. I would strongly recommend everyone try it out during the stay here.

  The spa at this hotel is soft and warm. If you are staying at this hotel, I recommend you to get a spa. Both the body and hair massages are satisfactory. Bamboo massages warm up, hair massages soften hair, and come with face and earlug massages.

  Excellent service. I got a voucher for body massage of 60 min for my stay at Hyams. Trang did a wonderful job. The receptionist also notified us that we can exchange the body massage with hair massage, and facial. They also have discount for foot massage. Clean place, exceptional service, affordable price. Highly recommend

  Excellent customer service. My boyfriend and I booked a 60 minute massage and it was the perfect relaxing experience. Will definitely come back to book the 90 minute massage before we leave. Highly recommend if you’re staying at the Grand Hyams hotel!

  I visited the spa today and had a really good overall experience. They offer a wide selection of massages and treatments, along with some great deals. I went for the 90-minute massage, which was on offer for 450,000 VND, and chose the Meridian Therapy option. There may have been a bit of a language barrier, as I’m not entirely sure the massage followed Meridian points specifically, but the massage itself was still very relaxing and enjoyable. While the tension in my body remained, I left feeling relaxed and at ease. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they spoke English, which made things easier. My masseuse was kind and made me feel comfortable throughout. Just something to note: the 90 minutes starts from the time you go to change, includes a herbal foot soak, and then the massage itself. There was a moment during the massage where the therapist stepped away for a few minutes (I think to talk to a colleague), which not only interrupted the flow but also meant I lost a few minutes of actual massage time. Overall, a good experience with warm service and a relaxing atmosphere.
