  New spa with brand new sauna rooms. There are VIP rooms in which you can have your own private area. it's close to the beach, which is about 5 mins walk

  World Class Spa treatment, the Himalayan salt Sauna and Steam room before one of the best massages of my life, and a great facial, then the herbal bath truly one of the best spas I have been too and will return probably this week !

  Terrible. This was the worst massage that I have had. Everything was rushed and not relaxing at all. The masseuse seemed to get stuck doing the same move over and over again albeit far too quickly.

  Masseuse was looking at her phone throughout massage and was disinterested in providing a good service. I was told I could use the sauna afterwards on entry but then when massage finished I was told it was too late. Although cheap at 280k it was a waste of time.

  I hate to write this because I love Vietnamese people but unfortunately I have to. So me and my partner went in for a massage, stated head, neck, shoulders. We waited around 10 minutes for the therapists to arrive which was fine because it was around 8.30pm. My partners massage was absolutely fine and she enjoyed it however mine was not. Firstly the lady had no technique, going over and over the same part over and over for 40mins, she disappeared a few times to collect stones but then she went to the back of the room to go on her phone. She then sat for 10/15mins next to my head one hand on her phone and one hand on the same spot on my head, eventually it actually began to hurt, just as I was about to say something, she started calling someone for the second time thank god they answered. She went out the room and had a little chat then come back in. At that point it was basically over. We went down stairs and was told "640k not including any tip" it was meant to be 560k. Up until then I wasn't going to say anything but I then asked why the extra. I was told the hot stones they used was extra. We never asked for them. I told her I wasn't happy and told her why. Her response was " I only went on my phone for 2 minutes" I paid my partners therapist but didn't want to pay mine. She did apologise however I do not think the service was worth 280k. She asked for 200k. I gave her 100k because honestly I felt bad even though I had absolutely no reason to. I feel more sorry for the other therapist because I'm now giving a bad review.
