  Many classes daily from beginners to advanced. The teachers are excellent and the place has a very relaxed vibe. You can just hear the sounds of traffic but it is serene location in a quiet st. The back of the studio looks out across a green vacant lot. Highly recommended contact for details on class times

  I had 5 1 on 1 wonderful lessons with teacher Hari. He used his extensive experience to ensure each lesson was specific to my needs and addressed my concerns. I’m truly grateful for his care

  We had very pleasant time, the teacher speaks english, he explained everything what we needed. We attended evening class from 4:15-5:30, it was traditional slow paced yoga, we stayed in the asanas long enough to really feel each engaged muscle, followed by many many needed savasavas 😁. Also the breathing technique was included in the beginning of the class. 12/10 experience

  Very hospitable yoga studio😌🙏 English spoken by most instructors, they practice traditional yoga. Kirtan and satsang is part of the practice there as well...Great experience 😀
