Yesterday afternoon we visited Absinthe Bar, located on the 10th floor of Hotel de la Coupole – MGallery in Sa Pa. The bar is usually much livelier in the evening, but after spending the morning walking around many parts of Sa Pa town, we simply needed a comfortable place to sit down, relax, and recharge. The bar itself is huge and absolutely stunning. With its high ceilings, grand interior design, and spacious layout, the atmosphere almost feels like stepping into a luxurious palace. It’s clearly designed to deliver a premium experience. As expected for a bar located inside one of the most luxurious hotels in Sa Pa, the prices of drinks and snacks are on the premium side. However, for the environment and comfort it offers, I personally felt it was money well spent. One detail that stood out to me was the washroom. It was spectacular—spotless, beautifully designed, and very well maintained. For me, clean washrooms are extremely important when traveling, especially when nature calls, so this was a huge plus. For drinks, we ordered an avocado blend and an energy blend, which was a mix of several fruits. Both drinks were refreshing and well made—slightly pricey, but definitely enjoyable. They also offer high tea sets and snacks, which looked very tempting. Although we didn’t order any, we still managed to take some photos of the beautifully presented food items. The bar itself also has many photogenic corners, making it a great place to capture a few elegant photos while enjoying a drink. Overall, Absinthe Bar is a beautiful and relaxing spot to unwind in Sa Pa, whether for a quiet afternoon drink or a lively evening out. I would definitely return again on my next visit. 🍹✨

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Absinthe Bar inside this beautiful hotel! The stunning, high-fashion architecture created such an elegant backdrop for a cozy, quiet aperitif time. What truly elevated our experience was the service—the staff here are exceptionally polite and attentive. They went completely above and beyond by offering us the main dining menu from Chic restaurant and arranging for the food to be delivered directly to us right here at this outlet. It made our night incredibly seamless and relaxing. I highly recommend visiting this beautiful cozy lounge when you are in Sapa!

Went here for a quick snack and drink. Located at the top floor of Hotel Dela Coupole, the place is big and really beautiful. Little crowd when we arrived. You'll feel like royalty upon entry as if you're in the set of Bridgerton (iykyk). Ordered beer and a few snacks. A bit pricey but if you're an Accor Plus member, you can get a discount.

Beautiful spot for some lite bites, drinks, and views. Staff is so friendly. The strawberry, lime, mint drink was delicious!

Beautiful rooftop bar with interiors that will make you feel you’re in the set of The Great Gatsby. Lots of drinks and chows options that can be enjoyed indoors or outdoors depending on the erratic Sapa weather. Service is pretty slow though.

Love the decoration and design of the whole level, very beautiful place. The drinks are not as amazing as expected. The signature cocktails have good story and inspiration but need more flavors. Staff is nice and helpful

We tried out the holiday tea party set, and while the ambiance and aesthetic of the bar and the hotel as a whole was astonishing the price point is simply not worth it. I guess it would be ok to try it just once, but I would not recommend coming back here. There are other places that serve delicious food and coffee and are not that overpriced compared to here.
