  Lovely hotel. We are very thankful for its existence. It was literally our life saver during our stay in Sa Pa. The food prepared at their restaurant was the best Vietnamese food we have had during our stay in Vietnam. We so much liked the food that we always returned from outside to have our lunch there and then we went out again. We used booking.com and had family rooms: 2 interconnected rooms. Each room Had a minibar and it was replenished free of charge every time Housekeeping was invited to clean the room. The beds were very comfortable. The biggest asset of this hotel are the staff. Absolutely all the staff were super pleasant and very professional. They all understood well English which is not so common in Vietnam. River, at the reception was our star. She even pre-ordered our dinner the first day we arrived in Sa Pa. I wish we could have stayed longer at this hotel. We loved the fact that the hotel was not in the heart of the city since it was much quieter and we also had the best possible view one could ask for(well, when the clouds cleared). Fresh air and delicious food. The massages we had at their spa were some of the best we have ever had. Thank you to the whole team of Aliana hotel.

  The restaurant and bar at Aliana is fantastic! During our stay, my wife and I ended up eating here multiple times because everything was consistently delicious. The ingredients are super fresh, the portion sizes are generous, and the whole atmosphere is perfect - especially on a rainy or foggy day when you just want to stay in and relax. Highly recommended!

  The food here was amazing, great portions too. The cocktails are great, they can make basically any classic cocktail as well as some signature ones. Also the host was amazing. They had a lot of time for us and he really took the time to get to know us and hear the story of our journey through Vietnam. I would definitely come back and recommend everyone to eat here.

  Located at Aliana hotel, the view from the restaurant is amazing. Its walking distance from the city center. At evening time the weather outside was simply amazing. Restaurant was excellent in terms of the portion, taste of food and the cost. Breakfast spread was good, both local and western. We had breakfast, lunch and dinners there. After a few visits, we got a 10% discount on subsequent orders at the restaurant. The staff were also very helpful and gave us suggestion on what to eat which did not disappoint. Highly recommended !

  Beautiful, peaceful location. The staff were exceptional, very helpful with things to do around Sapa. The meals were wonderfully presented and the flavours exceptional. More expensive than the street cafes, but you pay for what you get! And this was worth every Dong ! We even received a small thankyou gift! Definitely one of the best restaurants in Vietnam so far!

  Aliana Restaurant has good ambience; clean and modern. The moment we set foot into the restaurant, we were greeted by our very friendly restaurant manager, Jerry. He was a delight to speak with and always speaks with a smile. Definitely tip top service which is hard to come by these days. He also recommended the way we can pair the local Sapa cuisine, kind of like what you get in a fine dining restaurant. Food was delicious, comes in a good portion and they have a variety of local and western cuisines. They are having a 10% promotion too and even give free prawn crackers (keropok). 10/10 will recommend, wish I had more time in Sapa to try out more food here. Be sure to check out the food and look for Jerry for a good chat! 😄

  Aliana is beautiful hotel. Rooms are clean and every thing inside it beautiful kept. Ceramic bottles of shampoo, pots. Room service is super. The most I like is the behaviour of staff. Understanding of details and then responding, i really appreciate it. Food was amazing. I would definitely recommend and would come to Aliana if i visit again to Sapa.

  Good food, and amazing service from the employees. They were very nice and asked us about our trip to Vietnam, witch made us feel at home! Nice atmosphere and interior, but the location was a bit ‘off road’ and away from the crowds and main streets. We had some trouble getting there, but after a few tries with Google maps we found the location. The food was a bit more pricey compared to other places we have eaten in Sapa. Little food for much money in comparison to other local restaurants. But in our case the employees made our visit absolutely worth it! They were really attentive and kind, and helped us order a cab back to our hotel at night. 5⭐️ to the employees, price and taste comparison made me choose 4⭐️ in total!
