  Brand new lounge in Sapa, pretty fancy and expensive. 100% vinahouse, cocktails, bottles combo, balloon, dancers. Service was rude from manager to staff.

  They'll take your money but when you want something, they'll make sure you pay for it. Even if it's a song. Got table and bottle service but doesnt matter. It's your money they're after. Understandable but when you're the only table there.... Well.....

  Never have I been treated so poorly at a bar. My friend and I had just gotten our drinks and were enjoying our table when, after a mere twenty minutes, we were abruptly asked to relocate for other patrons. The way they handled the situation was utterly disrespectful. Tourists seeking a welcoming atmosphere should strongly consider other venues.

  It's frustrating that the waiter took our drinks without asking for permission. We're paying for them, so at least show some respect. The management should properly train their staff. I've been to bars around the world, but this AMG experience has been the worst.

  Arrived at 2am with two girls and was told by some random worker I couldn't get a drink because the bar was closed and I couldn't stay because the music wasn't free? Lol what? Why let me in in the first place then? And why allow other people to buy drinks? Very weird.
