  I fell into a hole in the pavement in the dark and injured. Fortunately, the clinic was open and they admitted me immediately. I would like to thank the hospital team for their professionalism and excellent attitude. They did everything they could to help me.

  We had a really positive experience at this clinic. My girlfriend came in with a gastrointestinal infection and within a few days she was feeling fit and healthy again. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally, it took less than 15 minutes for her to receive blood tests and be put on a drip. The clinic is very well staffed so there was always someone to help immediately. Thu was especially attentive and supportive throughout the treatment.

  Highly recommend this clinic as a foreigner. I had food poisoning and did a blood test, ultrasound and was given IV drip. Due to the severity of my condition, I was told to go back the next few days to receive my medication through infusion. Every single day that I was there, I was well taken care of. Communication was very efficient using google translate. The doctor is knowledgeable and nurses are caring and helpful. This place has the basic amenities needed. Price was extremely reasonable as well. Most importantly, I felt a lot better after the visits. Huge thank you to the doctors and nurses.

  My daughter got high fever during our tour and came for this clinic. They are very friendly. We able to communicate with google translator. Doctor also very helpful and price is affordable. They have enough facilities to investigate. Thank you.

  Had a bad lower back fall in Hanoi and was attended swiftly by doctor Hà Anh Văn and patient nurse staff when I visited in Sa Pa late at night. Was surprised by the X Ray facility availability. Thank you for treating me quickly. Price was very affordable too at 855,000 VND (from foreigner perspective). Note: It would be quicker if you’ve a native Vietnamese / tour guide beside you, which I did, saving time from Google Translation which may not be accurate to translate certain local nuances, probably Gemini might do a better job but do you really have the time if you’re in need for quick treatment - probably not.

  Woooow ❤️ Went to the clinic because of a twisted ankle. They took really good care of me and were super nice! Prices are very, very fair — no rip-off at all. They even have X-ray machines, which is awesome. I give them a solid 10/10. Thanks guys! The dr nurses and the stuff was friendly But just a suggestion — if the clinic was open 24/7, that would be super awesome for the beautiful sa pa ! ❤️😍

  We had a very stressful experience that led us to this clinic after our daughter had a deep cut on her hand from an accident. Despite the rush and our concern, the doctors here were incredibly patient and reassuring. While they spoke limited English, we were able to communicate effectively using Google Translate, which was a huge help in a difficult situation. The medical team did a decent job on her stitches, although we felt the anesthesia could have been administered a bit better. We were also very grateful that the clinic was supportive of our requests for an X-ray and the necessary letters for our insurance claim. They handled everything efficiently, which greatly eased our burden. In an emergency situation in Sapa Valley, this clinic is a good and reliable reference to have.

  I would not recommend this clinic. I came in for a simple case of conjunctivitis and ended up going through unnecessary procedures like blood pressure checks and blood tests. The whole visit took 2.5 hours. Communication is tricky since no one speaks English. I was initially told to pay 1.3 million VND just for the consultation, and ended up paying 1.75 million VND including medication, some of which were unnecessary vitamins. Later the Vietnamese family running my hostel told me this price was far too high for this kind of treatment. Overall, this felt like an overpriced, tourist-focused service rather than genuine medical care.
