This cafe truly exceeded my expectations and I was blown away by the quality and service here. “delicious coffee", "cozy atmosphere", or "friendly staff".Highly recommend this cafe in Sapa

Laika Café is more than worth the price. Affordable yet high-quality food and drinks, a great location, and very friendly, tourist-friendly staff. A must-visit spot in Sapa for both value and taste.

The egg coffee is very delicious, the space is quite luxurious and warm, worth a visit when traveling to Sapa. Good service, staff ready to assist you when you need it

I visited this cafe for 15 minutes and ordered coffee to go. It was prepared quickly and tasted delicious. The cafe is spacious and has a nice interior. There is a very pleasant atmosphere and interesting design. The only downside is that the staff doesn't speak English. Otherwise, it's a good place, I recommend it.

The cafe itself is lovely. Just came in for drinks and the staff were great at accommodating for my dairy allergy. I asked (via Google translate) if the matcha could just be made with coconut milk and they said yes. It wasn’t the best matcha I’ve had however. My friend ordered a cookies and cream milkshake type drink and was not a fan, said it didn’t taste of much.

The drinks are decent, the cake selection is not extensive yet still ok. But my problem is with the loud techno music which is unsuitable for a cafe, it gave me such a headache that I had to sit outside after enduring 10 minutes of torture.

The cafe is nicely located, with nice decoration, is clean and has good lighting. And that's it. The drinks are bad. Bad as the worst we have tried in Vietnam. The staff seem to be annoyed to have customers despite the place being empty. Not recommended.

The drinks were just okay. The staff tried to tell my friend he didn’t pay for his drink, as we were leaving, when he did (he paid when he ordered and I saw it). They repeatedly asked us and we explained also repeatedly that he paid. There was a staff change and the guy he paid had left. So maybe they need a better system to prevent this misunderstanding from happening. They only accept cash and don’t give receipts. They made us pay 55k for a cup that broke.
