Had a great experience at Starbucks Sun World Plaza during our trip! The store has a cozy atmosphere and is a perfect spot to relax after exploring the area. We enjoyed our coffee while taking in the beautiful surroundings. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service despite the busy crowd. The drinks were prepared well, and the café was clean and comfortable. If you're visiting Sun World Plaza and need a place to unwind, this Starbucks is definitely worth a stop. Highly recommended! ☕😊✨

Great vibe with good drink. The staffs are lovely and joyful. I was there for a short time but it was a pleasure experience thanks to them. Will definitely go here when I visit Sapa again ☺️

Out of sheer eagerness, I rushed to Starbucks Sapa to explore their unique menu and try Vietnam-exclusive drinks. From its grand façade to the cozy interiors and stunning artistry, everything left me in awe. To my surprise, the store had gone cashless—and my cards weren’t compatible. Seeing my concern, the kind and accommodating baristas went above and beyond to help me complete my purchase through them. Their warmth and genuine hospitality turned what could have been a stressful moment into one of the most heartwarming experiences of my trip. I’m truly grateful for their kindness and impressed by how Starbucks Sapa reflects not just great coffee, but also the beautiful spirit of its people.

Really liked the Starbucks in Sapa. Sure, the coffee is the usual good stuff you expect, and the views can be cool when it's clear. But the best part? The staff are super nice!🩷🤩Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. Big smiles, helpful when I was ordering, and just made the whole vibe chill and happy. Felt like they genuinely wanted you to have a good time. Definitely a good spot to hit up, mostly thanks to the great people working there. 👍

Great experience at Starbucks in Sapa! The place is very clean, modern, and comfortable — perfect to relax after walking around the town. The staff was friendly and fast, and the service was excellent. The coffee tasted great as always, with many options to choose from, both hot and cold drinks. What makes this location special is the atmosphere and the views, especially when it’s foggy or you can see the mountains outside — it feels very cozy and unique. It’s a great spot to rest, enjoy a good coffee, and take a break while exploring Sapa. Highly recommended if you’re in the area!

The decoration and atmosphere was great, quiet and a good place to wind down- The Salted Caramel Espresso was great! The service was nice with fast service, The staff is friendly with good english speaking. The view is fantastic but the prices for the coffee are quite too high for the coffee itself. But would recommend for people who are looking for quiet places.

Fast service and the free wifi too. Vananh's approachable and friendly to us even if we're foreigners. Thank you!

Starbucks in Sapa was really good—the coffee was delicious, and the place had a nice atmosphere with a great view. But honestly, the prices were way too high compared to local cafés, where you can get amazing coffee for much less. It felt like I was mostly paying for the brand rather than the actual quality. If you don’t mind spending extra, it’s a nice spot, but there are definitely better and cheaper options around.
