  Great food, great service. We had to come back twice. There are very cute cats and corgis roaming. The cafe interior is interesting and very breezy. Comfy hangout place.

  What a beautiful little spot. Absolutely perfect for warm or cold days. We experienced borh and we’ll keep om going back for more whilst in Sapa. For the coffee lovers, they make a really good, strong, well rounded coffee 🤌🏼 321 Wooden House has some great and tasty bites to eat and rhe atmosphere is just great 🔥 🪵

  Loved stopping here walking between the homestay and town. Food and coffee is top notch, and I’d say; better than the flashier establishments in town. Highly recommended, it’s cosy anytime of year (outdoor seating for summer, woodfire for winter). Plus they have very friendly Corgi’s!

  Came in for a hot coffee due to the cold weather and left with extreme satisfaction. Clean setup, with charcoal warmers for customers, the mascot (doggy) also came up to me for some friendly snuggles. Friendly service with good English. Great place to hang, chill n relax. They even served me a glass of water with the coffee. Awesome service!

  I went a bit late yesterday and the shop was about to close, so I came back again today. Unfortunately, there was no carrot cake available — I really wanted to try it since it was my birthday the day before. The coffee was nice and baristas were kind enough to serve me a complimentary almond cookie, which I appreciated and loved it 😍

  For the true coffee lovers/coffee snobs, go here for legit coffee! The coconut coffee is soooo good and the staff very kind & welcoming. Was so nice, we came here twice & each had two coffees both days :) Stepping into this cafe is a world away from busy/generic Sapa town, a sweet wooden house that’s even equipped with a fireplace, cute backyard, and a sweet corgi + cat. A Sapa must!!! I would avoid the ‘ham & cheese’ baguette — it’s just lunch meat with fake cheese & was very disappointing. Nonetheless, 5 stars because the quality of coffee made up for it… just stick to the drinks ;)

  Great cafe with amazing coffee! I had fruit, muesli and yogurt it was very tasty. There’s an inside air conditioned (assuming heated when cold outdoors) and also outside seating. Card payment was accepted with no %fee. Comfy seats, spacious but cosy and great customer service.

  An adorable coffee shop with a beautiful garden and lovely cats and dogs! The coffee was delicious and the food was great as well! We will be back soon
