What a gem of a place! The rooms are beautifully decorated with tons of storage space and artful wooden walls and furniture. The view from the balcony is awe-inspiring, especially at sunrise/sunset. Our host was so welcoming and sweet. She allowed us to check in early which was helpful, and made sure we were always comfortable and well taken care of. We were so cozy and could have stayed more than 5 days. The breakfast omelette was delicious and we were often petting the kittens. Only slight inconvenience was that the shower didn’t always have hot water, and the room didn’t have a bathtub, but none of these mattered with the quality of the room and service. We also loved the stiff mattress and the heater after exploring in the winter cold.

They let us check in at 6:30am for no extra cost, for which we were extremely grateful, as our sleeper arrived early in the morning and we were exhausted. The room was very clean, they provided a laundry service for 60k/kg, water and breakfast included. It is a 15min taxi from Sa Pa (150k) and we were very happy with the location, especially as the village nearby was free to enter. The pool was spotless and cool which was lovely in the heat. 😊 We thought we were the only ones staying until we saw a couple in the morning!

We did two nights in Sa Pa and am really glad we stayed here. Arista is in a village outside of Sa Pa which allows some distance from all the traffic and noise. It’s more work to get to but you also have direct access to some hiking trails and can walk or take a car to town. Rooms and service were top notch. WiFi available in each room which made it easier to work remote. Would also recommend eating at the hotel once or twice as they have amazing hotspots.

By far the best accommodation we had during our entire stay in vietnam. Dinh is a very welcoming host and makes delicious food. The rooms are comfy and the view from the balcony is amazing. Also it‘s very affordable. You get so much value for just small costs. Strongly recommend Arista Homestay!!

Good hotel which opened only 5 months ago. The location offers a very nice view of the valley and there is a swimming pool but the water was cold now so we didn’t swim. Breakfast is good and coffee is made in the vietnamese tradition ! Room was spacious and new but I have to say that the mattress is very hard which is quite uncomfortable.

Was not exactly what we expected, beautiful location but not the best homestay we stayed at in Vietnam. Would definitely recommend staying in this area instead of Sa Pa centre if you like to be in nature. + amazing view - not the best service we have had during our trip in Vietnam (maybe because we were there in low season)

Would never recommend this place. First they accept the request. Then they say there are no rooms The lady, the host was not good at all. PLEASE Don't book this. You spend so much via cab and they cancel the request
