  We booked this place for our anniversary and Chau kindly upgraded us to the apartment with bath and Mountain View - it is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed, the room is clean and stylishly decorated with stunning views you won’t want to ever leave 😍 the bathtub was a highlight but waking up every morning here was so peaceful as it’s so close to the center but far enough away that you feel calm and secluded The breakfast buffet had a range of yummy food and deserts - staff was very helpful and friendly especially Chau at reception made the stay very special for us thankyou! Perfect romantic stay 100% recommend this beautiful place if you’re staying in Sa Pa !

  Green Villa Sa Pa – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Green Villa Sa Pa for two nights and it completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Chau which made us feel like we had made the right choice to stay here. The property felt like a peaceful retreat tucked away in the corner of the city. The outlook is simply stunning — waking up to sweeping mountain views and watching the mist roll in and out each morning was magical. The apartment itself feels incredibly spacious and well-designed, with a lovely separate lounge, dining area, bedroom, and an amazing bath that overlooks the mountains — perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea or a glass of wine while soaking in the views. The villa has a beautiful provincial charm with its intricate ironwork, delicate lace details, lush extensive gardens, and grand sweeping staircases leading up to the entrance. The slate work and earthy tones throughout create a warm, elegant atmosphere that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a little oasis amid the bustling streets of Sa Pa. Everything about our stay was memorable — the sense of space, the tranquility, and the thoughtful design. We truly felt like we could live here! Green Villa Sa Pa is a gem, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sa Pa. If you’re looking for a special place that combines comfort, style, and breathtaking nature, this is it.

  The Green Villa Sapa is incredible. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The receptionist, Chaucr, was super helpful and kind. He make our check in and check out process go super smoothly. I couldn’t thank him enough! The hotel was very nice and clean. You get the convenience of being next to the main road and a view of the mountains without it being too crowded and noisy. The breakfast buffet was full of options and crepes were made right there before us. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

  Perfect location for Sapa — 10 minute walk to town, but in a quiet location so you can truly enjoy the town’s landscape. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment and it was such a good set up. Comfy bed, gorgeous bathtub overlooking the town, two terraces… we found it a little too easy to relax at our Sapa home! Walking through the resort was enchanting — green villa is as apt name, as you are truly amidst lush gardens — and the rooftop pool was perfect for a quick dip and cool off while enjoying majestic views. We came for one night and stayed for four!

  We had a fantastic stay at Sapa Green Villa! The villa is beautiful and located about 1.5km from Sun Plaza. While Grab taxis are easy to find. The rooms were big and beautiful with high-quality wooden furniture and a cozy fireplace. I loved the bathtub near the window—soaking with a view of the mountains was a highlight. They also put fresh flowers in the room, and the scent was absolutely mind-blowing! Crucially for the cold weather, there was always consistent hot water in the bathroom. The staff member was incredibly helpful with local information. I was especially impressed with his efficiency—he arranged a cab for our sightseeing within an hour of us asking. ​The villa also has a gym with a surprising amount of equipment. While it could use a little bit of maintenance, it was still great to have. Overall, a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it!

  This is a wonderful peaceful Location and the Service, Receptionist and Breakfast is extraordinary. There is even a mattress with a heater. One little thing I wanna mention is, because of all the fog and the weather, there was a lot of mold around the curtains and window in our room - but no bad smell. Besides this we had a wonderful stay and the staff is super friendly, helpful and super qualified.

  Amazing experience stays in Green Villa Sapa. Beautiful atmosphere with good cleanliness. Helpful staff Mr Chau is very supportive for our needs during the stays.. we absolutely enjoyed stays in Green Villa Sapa.

  Quaint hotel full of charm :) about 10mins away from city Center, it’s quiet, away from all the bustling and the room is spacious! Furthermore, Chau was super helpful and friendly and answered any of our questions and queries! The breakfast is a simple spread. 10/10 recommend.
