A stunning resort, in a good location, 5 minutes from the centre, yet quite peaceful and secluded on a hill, surrounded by trees. We booked a lodge, so a standalone, little house, which still had 2 floors with a little living room downstairs, spacious and comfy bedroom which had a see through, internal window between the toilet. With a wooden bath and walk-in shower, heated lights in the bathroom, heated blanked, good air conditioning and just a lot of little touches. Such as snacks, water, takeaway lunch. Breakfast was decent in a restaurant with a gorgeous view of the city, nice choice. Both reception staff and breakfast chefs/servers were exceptionally nice and professional. It was perfect. Did I mention there is a little cat who lives there and has his bed in the coffee lounge?

We arrived at the hotel from overnight bus ride from Hanoi and reached hotel around 7am. Off course the room was not available for us to early check in. But the staff was amazing, very friendly and thoughtful. They allowed us to keep our luggage at the lobby, given us a place to take a quick shower, and also offered us complimentary breakfast at the hotel. This allowed us to carry on with our activities. When we checked in to the room in the afternoon, the room was amazing. It had a great view, very clean and aesthetically very nicely done. Breakfast had decent choices to choose from. We had a night bus back to Hanoi after our stay, to our surprise, hotel prepared a packed sandwich and water for us for out journey. All and all the experience we had at this hotel was amazing and I will highly recommend this to anyone who is going to Sapa.

Really enjoyed our stay at Sapa Pine Hill Ecolodge. It's located right by the town square but felt as if we were still within the countryside surrounded by the trees and nature which allowed us to enjoy the best of both environments. We stayed in the bungalow suite that was nestled within the woods which had a cabin like feel that was so cozy and relaxing and gave us restful sleep. Sitting in the balcony and enjoying the view of the mountains while soaking in the sun or rain was such a treat. At the time of check-out, the staff surprised us with tasty sandwiches and bottle waters for our journey back which was very thoughtful. Highly recommend Sapa Pine Hill Ecolodge for anyone who's wanting to have close access and walking distance to town but still wanting an escape in the relaxing nature side of Sapa. Read less

Our time at Sapa Pine Hill was nothing short of amazing. The staff welcomed us straight away with umbrellas at the car. It was too early for check in, but they offered us showers, and luggage holding. We went straight into the town, which is such a short walk, maybe 5 minutes. The hotel messaged us on WhatsApp as soon as our room was available, which was a couple hours and they didn’t charge us. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa. We are a family of 5. It was perfect. 2 full beds in one bedroom, a couch-bed downstairs and a king in the other bedroom, having 2 bathrooms was nice too. The hotel was clean and modern and very comfortable. The staff was so helpful. They booked our transportation for us back to Hanoi, beat the price of any other company. But the best thing I have to say about this place is how incredible the staff was. During transportation back to Hanoi, I accidentally left my AirPods inside the van that took us to the airport and apparently my kids left some clothes in the room. The manager Ricky, reached out to me and mailed our items to Hoi An. I was in shock of his kindness. He went so far out of his way to not only get my AirPods back after a 5 hour drive to the airport, but to mail these items to our next location. 5 star service INDEED!!!

We haven’t even left and I’m giving this place 10/10, it’s that good. Staff are exceptional. We’re staying in a 2 bedroom villa and the views are amazing. The property is really well maintained, simple yet stylish decor and the gardens are immaculate. My only gripe is that we had some noise travel up from the square at nighttime but it generally stopped at 9:30am/10am. The property is really modern and doesn’t look or feel dated like some other properties in town. If you want accommodation that is loved, well looked after and offer a unique accommodation in a great location, this is the place for you!

Amazing stay and amazing views!! The biggest accoms, rooms are connected via the first floor/balcony, and aircon also functioned as a heater The staff are very friendly, and very helpful with our bags! Supposedly had 1 orange and 1 white cat but only saw the white one Breakfast had a respectable selection too, noodles on rotation, and crepe/fried rice/steamed veggies/sausages are mainstays. Would stay again!! Thank you to the staff for making our stay so enjoyable :-)

I thoroughly enjoyed the stay here. It has an ideal location and is a short walk away from the main town centre. The only thing to be aware of is that it’s on a hill which means those with mobility issues may struggle to walk up the hill into the Eco Lodge. However, if accessibility isn’t an issue for you, this is an ideal place to stay. Not only is it affordable, the wooden cabins give a real sense of adventure.

This cozy lodge in the middle of the mountains in Sapa was the perfect place to rest in the middle of our two week trip to Vietnam. We arrived pretty early in the morning as we had taken a sleeper train from Hanoi. They were very accommodating, our room wasn't quite ready yet, but they invited us to enjoy the breakfast buffet while we waited. We were traveling as a family of four with two kiddos, 7yrs and 8yrs. The room was really beautiful, spacious and was exactly what you expected when you hear Pine Hill Lodge. It was a cozy retreat to snuggle in a get warm as it was cold and raining in Sapa the whole time we were there. For breakfast the variety was vast and there was plenty to choose from to fill your belly for a day of exploring. The staff and service was top notch and they were so kind! As we were checking out they handed us a baggie with a delish sandwiches and waters for all of us! What a treat!
