  I had a wonderful stay at Lotus Aroma Sapa 🌸. The hotel is clean, cozy, and perfectly located near the town center. The mountain view from my room was absolutely stunning! Breakfast was delicious with many options. Special thanks to Ms. Thom, who was so kind, helpful, and always smiling — she truly made my trip more memorable. The staff are friendly and professional, making guests feel welcome and comfortable. Everything was well-organized from check-in to check-out. I’ll definitely come back and recommend Lotus Aroma Sapa to everyone! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Great property. It Boutique hotel. Check in was amazing. On arrival we moved directly to room with welcome drinks and checkin was done in room only. Rooms are very well decoded, not very spacious but give e ample space eith luxury feel. Service is excellent. Breakfast was great.Thank you Mr.Du

  I had a wonderful stay at Lotus Aroma Hotel! The place is clean, cozy, and beautifully designed, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. What impressed me most was the warm hospitality — especially from Diên, the receptionist. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a bright smile. Diên’s charm and caring attitude made my experience even more enjoyable and memorable. Thanks to her, everything felt smooth and welcoming from check-in to check-out. I truly appreciate the excellent service and will definitely come back again.

  Came to Lotus Hotel to use their business centre services as we needed to use a laptop- their business centre is currently under maintenance, however Du and Dien were so nice and helpful. They sent me several locations to check out for computer services. Thank you so much for your kindness 😊

  Fabulous hotel near the main market, very spacious rooms with massive comfortable beds and very well equipped bathrooms. Great breakfast and extremely friendly and helpful stuff. Du @ reception was so efficient and kind. I will stay again on my return to Sapa ! 10/10

  Clean, neat and silent. Staff is very professional, kind and we're always available when we needed. Consider leaving a tip for them before you leave, they deserve it.

  My stay was great! As soon as I walked into the room, it smelled amazing — like a relaxing aroma. The AC didn’t work, but I didn’t bring it up since I was out exploring all day and too tired to deal with it at night. The location isn’t right in the center, but it’s only about a 5-minute car ride away, so still very convenient. A big shout-out to Du, the receptionist — he was incredible! He helped me with everything from A to Z. I even missed my return bus, and he immediately took me next door where they had sleeper buses available. Du was the only one who spoke English, and he went above and beyond to make my stay smooth and comfortable. 5 stars for Du, 4 stars for the hotel overall
