Worth for the 5 star rate because the place is near to Sapa Center and markets, also near to some beautiful spots in Sapa. Excellent with their accommodation services the room is clean and the staff are very courteous and kind, helpful. They can speak and communicate in English so tourist with english speaking language can easily commune with the staff.

My wife and I traveled here as a couple and had a wonderful experience. We received a very warm welcome and exceptional hospitality from the moment we arrived. Thank you for providing such a comfortable and lovely place to stay Mr. Dieu Tran. We especially enjoy sitting in the restaurant shop in downstairs. highly recommended. A special thank you to Mr. Dieu Tran for his kindness and excellent service throughout our stay. Their friendliness made our visit even more memorable. As a small token of appreciation, when ever we ask for water and more staffs like phone charging cable. He happily helped us no matter what. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this place to other travelers ❤️💪🏼

Dieu Tran is an incredible host, incredibly kind and super friendly. When offered activities like trekking in Sa Pa, make sure you say yes – it was one of my highlights. My trekking guide, Nini was amazing - you get to learn a lot! The hostel’s location is perfect, with a great atmosphere. You can relax in the common area and meet other travellers. The dormitory beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve had on my trip to Sa Pa and I slept well. Highly recommend!

Lovely place! I stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed the mountain view. On my last day it was sunny and the mountain appeared clearly. It was a special moment. The host Dieu Tran was very helpful and smoothly arranged a service car for my trip to the Glass Bridge and Lonely Tree. Just note that there are some stairs going to and from the homestay, and there is no elevator. It’s walkable to Sun Plaza, with many restaurants nearby. Overall, I loved my stay here. ⛰️✨ Ps. They have a friendly cute cat ☺️

I absolutely loved my stay here. Honestly, I almost didn’t want to leave. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and complete with amenities including a hot and cold shower. For the price, it honestly felt like such a steal. The host and staff were also very kind and helpful. If you need assistance with your luggage, you can simply inform them and they’ll gladly help you. I also arrived earlier than my check-in time and they graciously offered another room for me to temporarily stay in for a fee so I could rest. I was so exhausted from traveling that I accidentally slept through my loud alarm and only woke up because the host kept knocking on my door to check on me because he thought something had happened. It was honestly embarrassing because my ringtone was literally a loud nuclear alarm sound. 😭 But it really showed how considerate and attentive the staff are. Reading some of the negative reviews here regarding the staff honestly makes me think that some situations may simply be caused by language barriers or misunderstandings. We are all tourists and guests in their country, so I think it’s important to also extend patience and understanding. One of my favorite things about this homestay was the view from my room. It was so stunning that I found myself staying on the balcony more than inside the room. I’m also a solo female traveler, and I felt safe throughout my stay even though the homestay is located a bit further inside from the main road. There’s also a laundromat nearby which was very convenient. One thing to note though is that the homestay is located uphill from the main road. I attached a hyperlapse video showing the walk from my room to the main road where you’ll find a lot of restaurants, cafés, and shops. If you’re booking a Grab or taxi, I recommend using the alleys on either side of the homestay. The left side is wider with a combination of stairs and slopes, while the right side is much narrower and steeper. That said, the climb honestly became negligible for me because of how much I genuinely enjoyed my stay here. They also offer a breakfast set for 70k VND per person. I highly recommend trying their ginger tea, especially during cold mornings in Sa Pa!

I had a really good stay here. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout my time there.||They gave solid local recommendations for places to visit and things to do in the area, which made planning my days much easier and helped me get the most out of the trip. That kind of support goes a long way when you’re traveling and trying to figure things out on the fly.||The accommodation itself was comfortable and well-located, but what stood out most was honestly the service and how easy they made everything. Check-in, communication, and general assistance were all smooth and reliable.||Overall, I really appreciated the experience and the effort they put into helping guests. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone passing through who wants something simple, convenient, and supported by a helpful team. Would stay again.

The location is good if you want to explore more of the city center. Very close to everything. Theres not much view though. You can also stay or leave your stuff before checkin time, and after checkout time and they also provide bed so you can sleep. My problem though was the dormitory room was so small, the bunkbeds were so close to each other I can hear the lower bed snore like their sleeping beside me. There was also no light in each bed but there was socket. Overall i had a very wonderful experience and no regrets telling anyone that this is another great place to stay here in trip.

We stayed 3 nights at Mega View Homestay and loved it. Staff is helpful, fun and always available for questions we had. They took care of our laundry and the rooms were nice. At the end of the day there was a lobby where we could get a beer and hang out. Highly recommend.
