Very quiet and peaceful Homestay. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast was freshly made and delicious. Only thing one has to be aware of is the fact that insects can easily make their way into the house through small cracks in the floor and the roof.

Staying at Jungle Retreat in Sapa was such a unique experience—sleeping in a treehouse above the city, surrounded by clouds, really felt magical. The views were absolutely stunning and made the stay feel extra special. We arrived early after a sleeper bus, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, allowing us to check in slightly ahead of time, which we really appreciated. The room itself was perfectly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The laundry service was also quick and efficient, which was a great bonus during our travels. The animals on the property were very cute and added to the charm of the place, although they did seem to need a bit more care, as some had fleas and visible issues with their eyes and skin. Breakfast was tasty, though as others have mentioned, the portions were quite small. Dinner, however, was a bit of a letdown. We had heard it was meant to be one of the highlights of staying here, but unfortunately it was fairly bland, only slightly warm, and didn’t feel very thoughtfully prepared. Considering the price—especially by Vietnam standards—it felt quite expensive and made the underwhelming experience even more noticeable. One thing to keep in mind is that the retreat is at the top of a steep hill, so if you’re not confident with walking uphill, it can be quite a challenging climb. Overall, we had a really comfortable and memorable stay, and I would probably return again—just without opting for the dinner next time.

Where to begin. This might have been my favorite accommodation during my one month trip through Vietnam. They allowed us to check in at midnight, which was incredibly helpful with so many overnight and sleeper trains arriving in Sapa. Having flexible reception hours made everything feel easy from the start. Trang at the front desk truly made our stay unforgettable. She is one of the kindest people I have ever met. She helped us book Fansipan tickets, assisted with laundry, and arranged an amazing 2D1N overnight trek with Sapa Nomad. She even invited us to have dinner with her and the other staff, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. The location is perfect, about a 10 minute walk to town. You get the best of both worlds with beautiful views while still being close and convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. They also provide heated blankets since it can get chilly, although we did not end up needing them. Breakfast being included was another highlight. I truly wish I could have stayed longer. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Sapa.

Loved everything about this place. Located perfectly on a hill top with beautiful views. They have their own tour service that organized the fansipan tour for us so that we didn't have to wait in a queue. It cost the same as the original ticket price too. They had all the amenities to beat the cold in sapa. 100% recommend

If you take a tour to local villages, ask the guide name Sao! She is an amazing and knowledgeable guide speaks fluent English. Highly recommended to take a private tour not a group.

Amazing, the name serves it's location well. It is as if u are in the jungle. You could ofcourse hear noice from the city but it was not that bad to be honest. The view was amazing and it's a cute 15 min walk to center. We even walked to catcat Village from there. Amazing service but a bit disappointing breakfast. Still amazing people and location.

My friends and I have spent a few days staying in Sapa Jungle, the scenery was great, good location. However, the food was too simple and the breakfast portion is quite small. The staff were lovely and they deserve a better accommodation and adequate working schedule. We feel bad for them if they work overtime during the night time or early morning. We hope the manager should take a better care of them and the pets.

We stayed two nights at this property and were lucky enough to get, as requested, one of the cabins with an unobstructed view over the city and no overlooking neighbors. That part was truly great and very enjoyable. However, several aspects could be improved. The place would benefit from an overall refresh, especially due to the humidity in the rooms. The bathrooms have rather average finishes, with some signs of damp and mold. The service is also limited: there is no room service during the day, and we were only provided with two towels for the entire stay, which is not enough for both showering and everyday use. The pillows could also be replaced, as they are very soft and not very comfortable. Another point to note is the access. If you plan to walk from the city center, it’s not very convenient, especially at night. The الطريق is very dark with no lighting, and even Grab drivers sometimes struggle to find the location. The breakfast is unfortunately not very good either and could be improved. Finally, the price is reasonable, but considering the overall experience, it should either be slightly reduced or maintained only if a few key improvements are made. That said, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, which is definitely a positive point
