For my trip from Hanoi to Sapa and back, I used the Sao Viet bus service based on a recommendation from Sapa Nomad. The service provided by Sao Viet was excellent. I didn't encounter any issues throughout the journey; the driver was professional and drove safely, ensuring a comfortable ride both on the highway and through the winding mountain roads near Sapa. The bus itself was clean and well-maintained, with the added convenience of an onboard toilet. The trip from Hanoi to Sapa took only about 5.5 hours. The return journey from Sapa to Hanoi took approximately 6.5 hours, which was understandable given the heavier traffic upon entering Hanoi. Throughout the trip, I was assisted by Ms. Ha. She was incredibly kind and helpful, especially when she managed a last-minute schedule change for me because I arrived in Vietnam earlier than expected. This saved me from a long wait at the airport. She consistently checked in on us to ensure everything was going smoothly and even offered local recommendations since she lives in Sapa. I will definitely consider using Sapa Nomad’s services again on my next visit to Sapa. Thank you!

We booked our transport through Sapa Nomad and had a very positive experience, largely thanks to Ms Ha. Everything was well arranged, communication was clear, and the overall journey was comfortable. One of our rides even had a toilet on board, which was a big plus for a longer trip, though it seems this is not standard for every bus. The biggest strength is their support. They don’t just sell you a ticket and disappear, they follow up, check how your trip went, and are always available to help. That level of service is rare and really appreciated. Highly recommended.

I booked a bus transfer to/from Sapa as well as a two-day, one night trekking tour. The customer service was prompt, professional, and friendly. I am very happy I booked everything through Sapa Nomad. The bus transfer was offered by Sao Viet (a bus company) - the ride was long and the bus was average in comfort and cleanliness (the outlets did not work, the pillow was a bit smelly). But I suspect all the bus companies are the same; just manage your expectations. Purchasing a ticket through Sapa Nomad makes things easier and includes a transfer from/to the airport or Hanoi. The two-day, one night trekking tour was incredible. May was my guide and I also stayed at her house overnight. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating. She and her husband cooked a delicious dinner and treated me with lots of kindness. The views were spectacular. Do note that the trek requires a moderate level of physical fitness - the paths can be slippery and involve lots of changes in elevation. Thank you to Ms. Ha, Mint and May for their wonderful welcome. If you want convenience and quality, you can do no better than Sapa Nomad.

We would like to commend the following personnel from Sapa Nomad, who helped make our Sapa experience a truly memorable one! Our tour guide Dely has made the 6-hour trekking down the Mường Hoa valley such an enjoyable experience. We learned about H'mong culture and other ethnic minorities, including the costume, the customs, the hemp weaving, and the plants used to make the dyes. We love the rice fields and the scenery as we walked past Ý Linh Hồ, Lao Chải and Tả Van villages. Her stories about her growing up in the area make the journey feel like an authentic walkthrough around her homeland and childhood neighbourhood. We had our best lunch in Sapa at Lao Chải village, in a place Dely chose for us. Dely also guided us on a car tour around the Ô Quy Hồ pass area, including the trip to Love Waterfall, the Lonely Tree and the Glass Bridge. We were introduced to the traditional bamboo sticky rice and meat jerky as well. The tours have been the highlights of our Sapa Trip. We would also like to thank the trip/tour coordinator Mint, who has been prompt in communicating useful information since the booking stage all the way to the actual trips. We appreciate her sharing on her own experience hiking to the Fansipan summit. We want to thank Ms Ha as well, who has been liaising with us on arranging car transport from Hanoi to Sapa and back. She provides updates and reminders to keep us informed of all the essential details. Once again, thank you, Sapa Nomad team!

Booked 2, 1-day walks with Sapa Nomad. Excellent communication before and during. Nay, our Dao guide was absolutely charming, with good sense humor and excellent English. Tailored the trail choice based on our team’s preferences and variety of abilities, and to avoid the crowds. Mint, from the office joined us 1 day and also lovely. Had some shoe malfunctions and Mint and Nay went out of their way to repair my shoes on the mountain side. Lunches at local homes were delicious and fast. Despite a foggy morning, Nay adapted and we had a great 2 days exploring trails and villages. Highly recommend. Great service and professional and we will certainly seek them out on future visits.

Sapa Nomad made our 11-member family trip to Vietnam convenient and comfortable. It was easy to communicate with them thru whatsapp, they are always available online and respond to messages quickly; they are amenable with our requests and itinerary. We availed a private bus transfer from Hanoi to Sapa and Sapa to Ninh Binh - a limousine bus was provided for us with reclinable seats. We also availed a private car service to tour around Sapa. Sapa Nomad provided me driver and car details a day before the service. Mr. Chuyen, our driver for Hanoi to Sapa and Sapa to Ninh Binh arrives on time, he drives fast but safely; he contacts the hotel since we arrived early midnight for us to check-in. Mr. Nguyen, our driver to tour around Sapa knows our itinerary well. Thank you to Ms. Ha & Tracy of Sapa Nomad for the smooth conversation since my inquiry to providing itinerary, booking and guiding in payment, and providing driver and car details. It is worth it to avail a private car service when you are in big group for transfers and touring. I will highly recommend Sapa Nomad to friends.

We had a wonderful experience with Sapa Nomad from start to finish. The team was very responsive, professional, and supportive throughout our trip, making everything smooth and stress-free. All arrangements were well-organized, communication was clear, and they were always ready to help whenever we had questions. Thanks to their assistance, we arrived safely and on time in Hanoi. Special thanks to Ms. Ha for her kindness and excellent support, she was very helpful and attentive, which we truly appreciated. We are very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Sapa Nomad to anyone visiting Sa Pa or traveling between Sa Pa and Hanoi. We Thank you, Sapa Nomad, and wishing you continued success!

It was a great experience. We booked the sleeper bus from Hanoi -> Sapa, Sapa -> Hanoi under the guidance of Ms Ha. Also, a moderate difficulty trekking trip in the mountains with our guide Sai. The mountain trip is the most memorable since it took us to to the least crowded spots and remote areas of the mountains where you can take in the culture and scenery. It was truly delightful!
