  We really enjoyed our stay at Rosie House. We had a late arrival and Tony and Mai were very accommodating waiting up for us and preparing dinner. Breakfasts were delicious and the bungalows were cosy. The stand out for us was being able to come back to such a calm and peaceful place after a day trek or time in busy Sapa central.

  The Green Win ! If you like the nature, appreciate the quiet and admire the view this is your place when visiting Sapa! Close to the city center (5 min by grab taxi), foot walking from the valley tour. Thank you for your kindness and warm hospitality, the food the atmosphere all was great! Wish you all the best! 💚

  The cutest homestay with the friendliest cat! We had a wonderful night there and Mai and everyone was beyond welcoming. Merci beaucoup! Breakfast and dinner was delicious as well!

  A Perfect Family Stay with Breathtaking Views! My family and I recently spent three wonderful days at Sapa Rosie House, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly helpful, offering advice on local treks, arranging transportation, and always doing so with a warm smile. Their kindness truly made our trip stress-free and more enjoyable. The food served at the house was another highlight! The meals were delicious, with a great mix of local options. The view from the property is exactly as advertised – stunning and serene, offering a perfect panorama of Sapa's beautiful landscapes. Despite the fantastic views, the location remains easily accessible. We highly recommend Sapa Rosie House to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and scenic stay in Sapa.   We had stayed 3 night at Rosie House, we were supprised that staffs were really kind, they supported us very much. Room was very clean and the tour Tony organized for us was amazing. Wil come back again!

  Overall, this was a really nice stay, except for one bad situation at the very end. That’s why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. First, the good things: We stayed for 3 days and it was great. The staff was very helpful and the room was lovely. They organized our trekking tour perfectly. I even asked for the bungalow with the best view and I actually got it, which was amazing! Also, the local guide who took us on the trek was fantastic and did a great job. Now for the bad part: Unfortunately, a misunderstanding about the tour price at check-out caused a problem. I paid the full amount without complaining, but simply asked how much of that goes to our guide, since she does most of the work. This made the main manager very angry. While we waited for our Grab, he came out and kept arguing with us, even when I tried to end the conversation. We understand he wanted to explain himself, but he should have stayed calm and professional. It’s sad that our great stay ended so unpleasantly.
