  I'm truly happy that Bob was our Sapa guide. His was the strong hand we relied on when the terrain got rough in Sapa. Him we trusted when we needed to get the local currency. He took us to places we would've NEVER seen on our own... Bob knew exactly what we would like to see in Sapa and took us straight to those places. Excellent planning. Great photography. He taught me a few things I did not know about my phone 😀 Thank you, Bob.

  Absolutely incredible experience. I highly reccomend you ask for Bob as your guide. He went above and beyond every day to ensure we had the best experience possible. He wasnt forcing anything on us and everything he showed us was genuine and he is a great person. We shared several days and meals together, cooking corn noodles myself, long treks through the country, glass bridge, hiking high3st point of Indochina, amazing conversations. When I return to Sapa I will specifically ask for Bob again. Very very happy and thanks again to him our driver as well. Both very genuine people who enhanced our experience greatly. I am confident our experience would not have been as good without their help and experience.

  My husband and I spent 5 weeks traveling through Vietnam, and our 8-day trip to Sa Pa and the Ha Giang Loop with Bob was truly the highlight—not just of Vietnam, but of our entire 7 months of travel so far. Bob is everything you could hope for in a guide—personable, funny, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. He taught us so much about the different ethnic communities we visited, including the Black, Red, and White Hmong groups, which added so much depth and meaning to the experience. It never felt like a typical tour—it felt immersive and personal. He made sure we saw all the must-see spots in the north, and even when we had a day of bad weather, he went above and beyond to adjust the itinerary so we didn’t miss anything. That level of care really stood out. One of the most special moments of the trip was when Bob welcomed us into his home for lunch. His family was so warm and kind, and his wife prepared an absolutely incredible meal. It was such a genuine and unforgettable experience that we’ll always cherish. The north of Vietnam is breathtaking—honestly, some of the most beautiful landscapes we’ve ever seen—and (in my opinion) the food was even better than in the south. If I could change anything about this trip, it would be staying longer and exploring even more of the north with Bob—which we fully plan to do on a future visit. I truly can’t recommend Bob enough. If you’re considering booking with him, do it—you will have an unforgettable experience.

  Sapa Vacation is a welcome breeze! From booking our transport to showing us the bites and thrills of Sapa- Sapa Vacation tours was off the charts!! As an English speaker, my tour guide spoke fluent English and provided us with the opportunity to see the many beauties Sapa has to offer. From the glass bridge to the alpine slide, if I could give this experience 10 stars I would! They booked all of the necessary tickets to Mt. Fansipan cable car, slide etc.. we didn’t have to lift a finger.. all we did was sit back and relax in our luxurious van between stops with built in massage chairs(What!?) swiftly transitioning us to the next activity. They answered all of our questions and were super knowledgeable about the area and touring Vietnam in general. We thank you for your hospitality and accommodations! Sam and Anh PS thanks for helping me overcome my fear of heights!

  Had an amazing time with bob and his team, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time in sapa. Bob is extremely passionate about what her does and we were comfortable throughout. Would definitely recommend!

  We are a family group of 9 and we had an absolutely wonderful experience in Sapa & all thanks to our tour guide, Bob! His English is excellent, which made understanding the local culture, history, and the day's itinerary very easy and engaging. He always watched the timing of our tour itinerary perfectly. We highly recommend him to anyone visiting the area.

  Wow, we had the most amazing day exploring the Sapa region and surrounding villages with Sapa Vacation (and specifically with Bob)! He curated our day perfectly with our input (we wanted nature, trekking, learning about the local indigenous people, vegan/vegetarian food…) and it couldn’t have been better. He was so much fun and extremely knowledgeable about the land and his culture/country. It was one of our best days in Vietnam and we highly recommend Sapa Vacation Tours. Thanks again Bob!

  I recently booked a 5-day trip to Vietnam through Vietnam Travel. The itinerary was well-planned, and the hotel exceeded my expectations. Transportation was punctual, and our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and quick support whenever we needed assistance. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a stress-free travel experience and will definitely book with them again.
