  As a professional spa and wellness reviewer, I was genuinely impressed with my experience at Massager Thao Nguyen. The space is clean, cozy, and relaxing; the staff are skilled, attentive, and use excellent techniques—especially in relieving muscle tension in the neck and back. The entire treatment was performed professionally with no time cut, creating a truly satisfying session. During our conversation, the owner also recommended the Sapa Memory Restaurant in Sapa, known for its local specialties and welcoming atmosphere. It’s definitely a place I plan to visit on my next trip. A worthwhile experience that I’m happy to recommend!

  This seemed like a good local spot and they did not disappoint! Its hard to find a place in the states that does a full body massage sitting up (soo much better for the shoulders imo) Got the 60 min head, shoulder and foot massage. Professional, respectful, the ladies pressure was on point! Don't go here if you don't like deep tissue. They have you change into shorts and tap you on the head a couple times (just go with it) they do it to every part of your body they massage. Highly recommend!

  It was my first time visiting this massage spa and I was so impressed! The staff were friendly, professional, and very skilled. The place smells amazing, clean, and has a relaxing atmosphere. I left feeling refreshed and completely relaxed. Definitely coming back soon!

  Thao Nguyen Massage offers a cozy, clean space with a relaxing herbal scent. The herbal therapy melts away fatigue after trekking, and the staff are friendly and professional. Great value and perfect for unwinding in Sapa! 🌿✨

  Was at nearby Sapa night market and was looking for a massage place and found this place on Google map. One of the best foot massage I had in Sapa. Staff and speak fluent Chinese and a little English. My massuer was a guy and his press were strong and hit all the right spot. The hair spa was good too. Comes w shoulder massage. Highly recommended.

  2.5 stars and only for herbal spa. That was nice. Other than that I’m a lucky survivor of that massage. The lady was moving too fast and too sharp. I told her to be softer but didn’t help. She was constantly distracted on her phone changing rhythm of her hands all the time. That massage was stimulating, not relaxing. 😅 Didn’t even pretend caring about what she’s doing. I knew there should be a catch with all these 5* reviews for all these massage places. Now I know it. Maybe some of the reviews are genuine, it was just me not lucky with her today idk. But it is what it is. I think I’ll keep my next massages for Hanoi.
