  Nice affordable place in the valley with a good filling breakfast. Family dinner was okay in terms of food quality, sometimes it's better than other times. Really calm, peaceful, and social vibe. It's also a lot warmer here than in the city. The WiFi was a bit weak at times. Some traffic noise due to being next to the road. Helpful owners

  We had so much luck to meet Chinchin and her wonderful family! It’s definitely one of our highlight knowing them even if it was so short. What an amazing and inspiring women. She gave us precious information and help to have an authentic experience for à 3 days hike with her cousin Khu as a guide and we were so so happy and fortunate. Thank you so much for everything, take good care of yourself ❤️

  We loved our stay at Chin Chins. located in the lovely town of Ta Van, just slightly outside of Sa Pa. Chin Chins homestay is a very welcoming and cosy place to relax. The family dinner was absolutely delicious and Chin Chin is a very impressive and attentive host, with a lovely family (and dog!)

  Chin Chin home stay is simply the best you can find in Sapa! They offer incredible food, service, and taught us so much Vietnamese. Highly recommend anyone looking for an authentic living-in-village style experience to come here and pay them a visit!

  Chin chin house is just the best homestay. Chin and her husband and her mom are such a great family. They will welcome you their own.. her story is amazing.. The place is located only 15min (9km) outside of Sapa which gives you more quiet and peace. It's facing the rice fields of the valley. The breakfast and the family dinners are just so good and a guaranteed amazing time with great encounters. They also rent scooters so it's easy to roam around from there

  Great place, good vibes, close to Sapa in front of a beautiful valley. The rooms are definitely not 25 square mts like Agoda shows, but the relation of price and quality is excellent. Breakfast are really good, best banh mi I've ever tried in Vietnam. Definitely recommend spend few days on this place

  I only had a short stay here but I enjoyed the company of the host, her family, and other people I met here. Welcoming people and open minded and of course - great local food as well. I'd like to return in future. Chin Chin patiently waited for my arrival despite it being late (check in) which I appreciate.

  The place is very well located, and the man at reception was very kind. He used a translator to communicate with me in English. They also gave me a free cancellation when I was unable to stay there. However, the rooms are completely different from what is shown on Booking.com. I paid extra for a mountain view room, but the view from the window was mostly the balcony ceiling. There was no minibar, even though it is listed as included in the room amenities. The bed was dusty, and the window had a small gap that allowed mosquitoes to get inside the room. The shared bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was mold everywhere, and there was even a melted bar of soap stuck to the sink. Additionally, the owner was very rude to me on WhatsApp and accused me of using facilities that I did not use. I do not recommend this place.
