  Stayed here 2 nights. Was originally scheduled across the street at Sapa Harmony Homestay but they had a conflict so offered me a room at the same rate here. The bed is very comfortable and the staff were very nice and helpful with suggestions for activities. The only real drawback was noise from a neighboring construction site, but that is beyond the hotel’s control. I also hoped for indoor secured parking for my motorcycle, but it was ok outside. They also provided a same day laundry service.

  The owner is so incredibly nice and helpful, she's trying her best to help you with whatever it is (booking tickets, food options, activities). She speaks great English as well and is very caring. The heated mattress in the dorm beds was amazing. I stayed there when it was quite cold outside but I could sleep warm and comfortably. Location is perfect, just a couple steps and you're by the lake and nearby a lot of restaurants in the center. I'd totally recommend staying here when you're visiting Sapa!!

  Fabulous place with such great hosts. absolute kindest family running this place!! My friend and I booked for 2 nights but the weather was off and we wanted to go hiking on our second day, they were super helpful in helping us cancel the second day of the booking. When we came back to town we chose to stay there again and they upgraded us to a private room which was beautiful. Great location, everything is really clean and well maintained and just the nicest people! Thank you for your hospitality

  The place is very near bus stop and also to explore city. The host is super and helps you with everything you need and very friendly. Dorm and private rooms are spacious. Had booked for a day and extended for 3 more days. Will definitely book it for my next visit in sapa

  Only stayed here for 1 night but the lovely owner made a lasting impression. She is one of the kindest and most helpful hostel owners I’ve met in my travels, and speaks amazing English. Despite arriving at 11:30pm she was able to sort my bus ticket and let me leave my luggage whilst I went trekking for 3 days. Upon my return she even gave me a free bottle of water for the bus.

  Dorm rooms were clean and comfortable with thoughtful details like heated blankets and complimentary tea, coffee and soap. Shower runs hot and strong. The most wonderful family runs this hostel, they are incredibly kind and will help with whatever you need.

  One of the best dorms I've ever stayed in! Great curtains, you could sleep completely in the dark. The mattress was super comfortable and you even had an electric heating blanket which was just amazing. Everything very clean. Owner is very nice, speaks perfect English and is able to help with anything - be it bus tickets, taxi service, recommendations, cable car tickets or you name it. Perfect stay, would definitely come back. 100% recommend :)

  Lovely clean hostel with amazing host, great location in walking distance of everything. Had very comfy beds which included a heated blanket. when we arrived we had just come down with a sickness bug, lady who ran the place was very helpful and gave us tea when we wasn’t feeling well. Amazing place to stay would recommend to everyone
