Khusapa is the sweetest person on this earth. She is so talented and can teach you so many things. We went to her to learn about the Hmong traditional stitching. She thought us many different stitching styles, with wich we decorated a beautiful home made indigo hemp scarf. But she doesn’t just teach stitching. You can learn how to cook traditional Hmong food, learn how to make bracelets, bags and so much more. She is also a tour guide, trekking guide, host and quiet simply a wonderful person to be around. At the end of our lessons, she showed us her amazing traditional clothes and took us on a tour through the village. We had dinner with her too, which was super tasty. Her father is a jewellery maker and makes beautiful intricate jewellery, that don’t rust or tarnish. She and her family are so kind and you should definitely stop by and visit her!!!

I feel absolutely warm inside when I think about this wonderful lady and her family. We had a stitching class with her and learned so much!! She is an amazing teacher and friend. Her stitching is incredibly beautiful since she has been doing it for about 30 years! She also invited me and my friend for dinner and didnt want to charge us anything for the dinner because she loves having dinner with her guests! There was absolutely no language barrier since her englisch was really good! She also showed us around her village and let us wear her traditional clothes! we loved every moment we got to spent with her and her family and definitely were sad when we had to leave. We will definitely come back for her and her family!!!💛

We booked a two-day tour with Khu via WhatsApp, and I was surprised by how quickly she responded—usually within a minute. She was always very responsive and suggested two different itineraries, being flexible to adjust them according to our bus schedule. Khu and her husband are incredibly warm and welcoming. They share their home and daily life, trying to create the best experience for their guests. Before dinner, Khu invited us to learn how to make spring rolls, and we could watch her husband cooking a super delicious meal. Mornings started with tasty black coffee, freshly made pancakes, and fruits. On the first day, we chose mountain trekking. Thanks to Khu's knowledge of hidden paths, we met few other tourists. The second day was spent walking through rice terraces, visiting local villages, and even swimming in a waterfall. Everything was organized smoothly, and Khu’s excellent English allowed us to learn a lot about Vietnamese life, culture, economy, and politics. She and her sisters are the best tour guides!

Just did a 3 day trekking/2 nights in Homestay with Khu. She is the absolute sweetest guide you will meet. She has so much knowledge and speaks really good English. As you walk around the villages and hillsides she will teach you about the rice terraces, the incredible handicrafts, the local farming, and anything else you ask her about. She is so kind and will surely make you laugh as well. I highly recommended reaching out to Khu if you want to go trekking in Sapa area she has 20 years experience. Her WhatsApp number is +84 98 629 16 28

Just did a one-day hike with Khu. She is the perfect guide, explained everything we needed to know and answered all the questions we had. Even provided us with a delicious local snack halfway trough. The trail she showed us was completely in nature / local villages with no tourists in sight. Besides that she speaks very good english so it‘s easy to communicate. Only thing we regret is not to have booked a longer tour in the first place. But surely next time!

We booked a two-day mountain trekking adventure and one-night stay at Khu's homestay in Lao Chai, which included meals. Khu, a member of the Black Hmong tribe, proudly shared traditions, history, rice farming practices, and weaving techniques as we trekked. She guided us through various valleys, villages, and private rice paddies (accessible only with a guide). Much to our preference, we encountered no other tourists along the way. Khu prioritized our well-being and safety, particularly as the weather was unfavorable due to prior rain, resulting in muddy and slippery paths. Despite expecting dry weather and wearing regular running shoes, Khu generously provided proper trekking shoes for the following day out of concern for our comfort and safety. After a full day of trekking, Khu prepared a delicious dinner for us, which we enjoyed with her family in their humble homestay, which has self- contained rooms and has the the capacity to accommodate up to 10. The next day, Chen, Khu's husband, led us to different villages and guided us through the bamboo forest. We highly recommend spending time with this kind family, especially considering the reasonable prices offered.

We had an amazing experience trekking with Khu and staying at her family’s guesthouse. We shared dinner, had good conversations (her English is excellent) and learned a lot about the local culture and cuisine.
