  Amazing budget hotel in Sapa for backpackers to have a rest and relax ! We were able to check in at 3am as our bus came in at this time, key was left at reception for us luckily ! Rooms are really large but wifi didn’t work so we spoke to the owner and he reset the wifi to get it up and working. Hot water and AC sometimes gets turned off (still a bit unsure why exactly), but if they aren’t working for you, just speak to the owner and he can get them running again. Laundry was reasonably priced and came back smelling really clean, and we also booked our bus to Hanoi through here and it was the cheapest around ! Definitely recommend staying here.

  Really lovely place to stay. Nice room with a mountain view and comfortable beds. The location is also great with many highly rated restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. The buses to Ha Giang are reasonably priced at 300,000 dong. And the washing service is fast, returning in the same day smelling super fresh. Only small gripe is that the air conditioning only came on at night and it could be a bit cold. The reception also organised an amazing trekking and homestay for us with the local tribes for 1,150,000 dong for 2 days 1 night. If you do this definitely request Pang +84355478420, she was the most engaging and informative guide I’ve had and we have done a few of these. Could not recommend more.

  Great budget option! The room were clean and spacious and looked new and nicely designed. The owner was super friendly and helpful. We stayed one night and then went to local homestay the following night. When returning from the homestay we booked a sleeper bus for the same evening through the hotel and he offered to let us use the shower in one of his rooms before taking the bus even though we had already checked out the previous day and hadn't booked a second night.

  The hostel is very comfortable, well located and at very good price. The host is very kind and helpful. He makes everything so simple: laundry, renting scooter, bus ticket. I am very thankful that he brought me at the bus station.

  The owner Ha Quang Minh is truly amazing. He goes above and beyond to be helpful. He speaks excellent English and is very responsive on WhatsApp. I stayed in a single room with internal window and no air con. It was perfectly adequate, but an upgraded room may well be worth paying extra for.

  It is located about 2 km from cat cat village. Definitely you can just walk from the hostel to cat2 village. The room is spacious, toilet also clean. You can refil water at the pantry. You can walk to the monorail station to go to Fansipan, just around 600m. Mr. Mien the owner is quite helpful and friendly.

  The only pro was good proximity to downtown sapa but rooms were humid and moist. The cons are extensive. Owner argued about what rooms I booked even when I had a printed out copy of the receipt in my hands. Black mold was growing on the walls and lamp shades.

  The room was full of black mold (see photos) unsafe, and incredibly dangerous. It was even growing on the tv and the lights. I honestly don’t get why this place has such good reviews, because the room was absolutely disgusting. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the nice hosts.
