  Hostel owners were very helpful and accommodation, spoke English but not fluent. Let me borrow their personal motor bike helmet. When they make breakfast for you they put a lot of love into it. Clean large beds with curtians. Bathroom in doorman cleaned daily. Made beds for you. New towel every day and toothbrush as well.

  Great hostel, very cozy! They are cleaning room every day! I stayed here 2 weeks. They've been cleaning my bad daily! You hardly could find other hostel where they gonna clean your bed every day, change soaps, tooth brushes and towels. There are even have a cable TV with english channels in the dorm room. Staff are veeeeeery friendly, and atmosphere where cozy. One of the best hostels in stayed for 3 years of travelling! If you take a private room you could enjoy great view from your balcony. Price for hostel just 4$! But laundry 35000 vnd, which not really cheap. And they also have a guitar in lobby (that's big plus for me)

  They have good views and tasty food. Laundry service is also good. Staff and manager are nice people but smile with them first because they are simple human who cannot understand your gloomy accent or deep language. Be simple and they will be nice. And ask them hot water if it is not working.

  We had a quite relaxed time in the enjoy sapa hostel. It's a good deal for this cheap price. Helpful staff and friendly family behind this business. The dorm size of 6 is comfortable and the beds were quite nice.|If you search for fine dining or a special lounge this is not your place. But if you just need an easy place to sleep: there you go!

  Two friends and I shared a private room for 370,000 a night. We had a nice view from the fourth floor and thought it was a nice stay for that price. We had no problems and we able to leave our bags while going on a small trip the day we were leaving.

  In a good location however thats about it. The staff were not friendly or helpful and there english didnt seem to be too good either. They overcharged us and were not interested in refunding us the difference however we persisted and were finally paid. The wifi was unreliable and there was no hot water in the shower. Breakfast was also not included and there is no real atmosphere. There are a number of other hostels in the area for a similar price that I would recommend staying at rather than here.

  We stayed at this hostel for 4 nights in December. The check in to the hostel was strange as the guy didn't speak any english and didn't even check our passports to verify our reservation. The room was big, nice view, but the sheets and comforter seemed dirty. The heated blankets were useful though since it was pretty cold. The last couple nights the power kept going on and off which may not be the hostels fault but was a bummer because we couldn't get hot water or use the heated blankets. Our last night other guests arrived to the room across from us around 11 PM and were super loud and noisy. Breakfast is not included - I feel like there may be other hostels for the same price with more to offer.

  The rooms are spacious enough and clean. And there are heated blankets provided if ya didn't bring warm enough clothes. OK value for money. The staff aren't terribly friendly but for two nights this hostel did just fine.||Would highly recommend eating the chicken noodle soup at natureview restaurant and breakfast at cat cat hotel.
