The hotel has a very noble vibe and it has great rooms. I can recommend a stay here. It's not directly inside of the city centre but that also means that it's quiet at night. Everything is easy to reach though and the staff is very attentive. The spring rolls in the restaurant were great. The price was also good considering the quality of everything there.

Our group had a wonderful stay at Aliana Sapa Hotel. The service was truly immaculate - staff members were attentive, warm, and went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable experience. The lobby had a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere, making it a perfect place to relax after a day out. What stood out the most was the stunning view from the room - breathtaking and one of the highlights of the stay. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

Had an amazing experience at Aliana Boutique Sapa Hotel & Spa! The food was absolutely incredible — a little more expensive than what you would expect in Vietnam, however still around £6 a dish and great portions and quality. The spring rolls were some of the best we’ve ever had, and the duck with passion fruit sauce was outstanding. The cocktails were lovely too, and to top it all off we were treated to a complimentary crème brûlée that was absolutely to die for. A special thank you to Bella, who served us so wonderfully. She is the sweetest host, speaks English very well, and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

During our visit to Sapa, we stayed at Hotel Aliana. The hotel is situated somewhat higher up and is quieter, yet still within walking distance of the center. We had a very spacious room with a large balcony and a view of the mountains and train to Fansipan. The room was classically styled and equipped with all facilities. The hotel features a restaurant and a spa. An extensive breakfast buffet is served in the morning. Highly recommended for a quiet and luxurious stay in Sapa.

This hotel is such a fantastic find! It’s perfectly located just a short stroll from Sun Plaza—where the tram to the Fansipan cable car begins—and close to the charming Sapa Park. We stayed in adjoining rooms, and one even had a cute little balcony with a stunning mountain view. The rooms are impressively spacious—easily big enough for two queen beds with plenty of room to move around. A huge bonus: the minibar drinks are completely free, and housekeeping happily restocks them whenever you call. Such a nice touch! Breakfast at the café was a lovely way to start each morning. The selection stays fairly consistent, but everything tasted great, so we looked forward to it each day. The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely eager to help, which made the stay feel even more welcoming. If we had to point out anything, it would be that the rooms could use brighter lighting and the pool water wasn’t as clean as expected. Also, the slope leading to the hotel can be a bit challenging for anyone with knee issues—but the overall experience more than made up for it. We will definitely go back to this hotel the next time we are there again.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay here. The hotel is quiet and has great views of Fansipan. Our room was quiet and the view from the balcony was great. Only complain was that operating the shower knobs was difficult. We had trouble getting the water to be the right temperature. The location is excellent - only about a 5 minute walk to the town center. The breakfast buffet was good but had a limited selection. They prepare omelets to order and these were delicious. They also provide a ride to and from Hanoi. This was expensive if going solo but well worth it. Our stay was less than $100/night and we had a balcony. Overall, a great place to stay while visiting Sapa.

Hotel was super clean and service was top notch. The food variety was great and yummy as well!! Really enjoyed my stay here. Do take note that it sits on top of a steep slope so some climbing will be required to get to the hotel, but it is not too difficult. It is about 5 min walk to Sapa centre for food and massage etc, so super convenient!! We also got a free upgrade to a balcony room with amazing views, so thanks Aliana!

Fabulous hotel. Staff were very attentive and helpful, genuinely interested in us. The whole trip is part of our 25th wedding anniversary and they made a real effort decorating the room and bed on our arrival.|The room was well appointed, spotlessly clean and warm. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The whole place had a luxury but laid back feel to it.|It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the main area of Sa Pa with plenty of restaurants and bars.|The lemongrass mojito is not to be missed.
