I recently stayed at Cat Hill Resort and Spa, and it was a delightful experience! The views from Room 202 are simply breathtaking, offering a stunning panorama of the mountains that made my stay even more enjoyable. The resort is exceptionally clean and well managed, which contributes to a comfortable atmosphere. The Wi-Fi was reliable, making it easy to stay connected throughout my visit. The pool area is also a highlight, providing a nice spot to relax while taking in the beautiful views. The lobby features a spacious and comfy waiting area, which was perfect for unwinding before our evening train back to Hanoi. The staff was accommodating, allowing us to shower and freshen up before our departure, a thoughtful touch that added to our overall comfort. One area for improvement would be the breakfast options, particularly for Muslim-friendly meals. Offering more diverse choices would enhance the dining experience for all guests. Overall, I highly recommend Cat Hill Resort and Spa for its stunning views, excellent amenities, and attentive service. It's a lovely place to relax and unwind in the heart of nature!

Ca Cat Hills Sapa completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was amazed by the breathtaking scenery surrounding the property. The views of the mountains and rice terraces are absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. Every corner feels peaceful and picture-perfect. What made the experience even better was the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations and transportation. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and perfectly positioned to enjoy the natural beauty of Sapa. If you're planning a trip to Sapa, I highly recommend staying at Cat Cat Hills. Waking up to such incredible views was one of the highlights of my Vietnam journey. It offers a perfect balance of comfort, nature, and authentic local charm. I would gladly stay here again and again and recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Sapa. 😍 Thank you for inviting us to your staff party. Thank you for your delicious breakfast every morning.

Maybe the best place I've ever stayed! The rooms at Catcat Hills Resort are incredibly spacious and well-arranged, with extra living space with a comfortable couch and a large table. I absolutely loved the interior design, which is beautifully inspired by local ethnic patterns on the wardrobe doors, headboards, and mirrors. The view from the room is nothing short of breathtaking, just endless, majestic green mountains and added by gorgeous gardens and landscaping. A unique and hilarious highlight is that the bathroom is designed so you can literally use the toilet or take a shower while gazing out at the stunning mountain scenery! The swimming pool is also quite spacious and offers the same spectacular mountain backdrop. On top of that, the service is also great, especially thanks to Mr. Huy at the reception desk. He truly went above and beyond for us by providing excellent travel recommendations, connecting us with reliable local driver, and answering all of our questions about Sapa. We will definitely come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Cat Cat Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch—the staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms are exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. What really sets this place apart, though, is its unique and thoughtful design. The absolute highlight was the bathroom: it features a full-sized window right by the toilet that looks directly out onto the stunning mountains. It made for a truly unique (and unforgettable) view to wake up to every morning! If you are looking for great hospitality, spotless accommodations, and a view you won't find anywhere else, I highly recommend Cat Cat Hotel. We will definitely be back!

We arrived very early. Before that we have been to many hotels in Vietnam helping us to be accommodated asap but not here. I asked and said I can pay for early check in but there were fully booked. Then at around 8am 40% of the hotel checked out but yet no offer to check in early (and I am talking 12pm) quite unfriendly reception. Apart from the male side of the staff. We got a bigger room but the smell of mustiness was very distracting, we asked for a different one. They gave another, but same situation. I understand they tried to give a little better room but they didn't understand why we are complaining, explaining its rainy season. Finally, we got a smaller but nicer room. Sauna is 200k for 30min which is a bit ridiculous. Dont get excited about the pool. We had a very mixed feeling. It's by reception where people wait to be checked in or out. Take tons of pics and in general its not separated, you feel like you are doing something wrong by laying by the pool in the swimsuit. Breakfast is good. Dinner, so so. I ordered tonic and then I found out they served me gin and tonic. A huuuge, massive asset is the view. Just breathtaking landscape that make you feel so relaxed and special.

Having stayed in Hanoi in cheaper, but remarkably incredible hotels, we were very excited to stay at Sapa CatCat hills resort, paying a premium for what we hoped would be quality views and a luxury experience. ||The views were amazing. Take nothing away from the deluxe family room.||Sadly however this is just a tired and unloved hotel in need of some directions||Checking into 601, on the surface all seemed well. The room sadly however was a sweat box as all curtains were open, the sun beating against the windows and no aircon until we entered. No major drama but it’s nice to walk into a room already at a comfortable temperature.||Upon looking for an iron we stumbled across a mouldy bag of some kind of food in a cupboard. The cleanliness of the room was pretty low. The bathrooms had that kind of sewer smell from stagnant water. ||We then proceeded to find multiple lights not working, electrical items hanging off the wall, wiring exposed to damp conditions, towels way past their shelf life etc etc. ||The lights, taps missing, poor aircon function in the main bedroom are all small details, but when you are finding several issues with a room that you paid the higher end for, you expect a lot better.||The pool was nice but needed a clean, the bar area wasn’t attended and when you did find someone they were not very good. We ordered a mojito and I’ve no idea what was in it. ||The hotel manager did come and look at the issues, and to their credit the lights etc were fixed, and they offered compensation (which we used free dry cleaning for) which is appreciated, but really the hotel should be on top of this.||It’s a beautiful spot with great potential to be a stand out hotel, but it needs work

Comfortable spacious room. Stayed here for two nights. Cleanliness is unfortunately found some stained on the bed sheets but after informing the receptionist. She arranged the house keeping to changed the bedsheets immediately. View is magnificent over looking the mountain but foggy on most days due to weather isn't favorable. First day when we arrived was raining. Breakfast was good. There were plenty of choices buffet style. Dessert is delicious. I like the yoghurt taste so good. Location is good next to CatCat village. Walking distance. The pick up transferred from Lao Cai Station to Catcat Hill Resort is very good. The driver pick us up and send us to the hotel and pick us up on the last day and send us back to the station. Very friendly driver and nice to talk too.
