  Very calm, beautiful scenery and kind service provided. Good place to have local trekking. Dinner was wonderful with local traditional food. We are very appreciate hosting to prepare an event on my wife's birthday celebration. Transportation from down town needs pre arrangement to make sure not too long to catch.

  We had such a lovely stay at Pu Hmong Eco Retreat. The family were incredibly flexible with our arrangements and so welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. We arranged a day hike with a local guide which was brilliant. The breakfasts and dinner were delicious, and we appreciated being able to get filtered water and really good coffee too - lattes, espresso, everything you’d want after a morning in the mountains! We loved the cosy treehouse vibe, the beautiful views and the tranquil atmosphere. The warm family setting made it feel really special and relaxing. A beautiful place to stay and highly recommended.

  We loved the cozy location on the hillside overlooking the valley. Our host , Lee especially was so kind and helpful. It’s a very typical family environment w cute kids and grandparents all together. The meals were tasty and made to order. Rooms and bed were comfortable.they recently, remodeled the bathrooms, and they’re clean and fresh. The Pool is a nice bonus too.

  We had the best time of our 3-month Asia trip so far at this wonderful homestay. From the warm welcome upon arrival to a somewhat tearful goodbye, we felt incredibly welcome and comfortable throughout our entire stay. ​If you want an authentic experience of how families in this region live, this is the perfect place. Helping out in the garden and playing with the four children was completely optional, but we enjoyed every single second of it. The entire family, from the youngest to the oldest, is so kind and likable. ​The hosts speak excellent English and really take the time for their guests. We truly felt like part of the family and even extended our stay by an extra night. ​Thank you again to the whole family—we will definitely be back!

  A great part of our honeymoon spent here at Pu Hmong Chapa Farmstay. We truly felt like part of the family while also having a private cabin with amazing mountainside views to enjoy to ourselves. The cabin itself was a very unique wooden & bamboo room with a lovely stone clad bathroom. Every meal was delicious and the service friendly and helpful. If you get peckish in the room there were plenty of drinks and snacks at the reception/dining area to buy. We also very much enjoyed the happy water (corn wine/spirits) as an aperitif. The owners offered multiple guided walking/trekking expeditions through the ultra scenic mountains and villages in the locale. We really enjoyed our day trek, though they also offer overnight options for those who'd like to experience a homestay for the evening with locals. We even had a refreshing dip in the pool with crisp cool water - great on a hot day! This is a real treat for those wanting a relaxing holiday out of Sapa township.

  If i could give this place more stars I would. A true home away from home! Possibly the best place we’ve stayed in almost 4 months of travel. the rooms are lovely, the beds are unbelievably comfy, everything is perfectly clean and well put together. The family that run this homestay are so hospitable, warm and welcoming. They made us feel so well looked after and cared for during our time in Sapa and I would encourage anyone looking for a place to stay to choose this homestay over anywhere else! Thank you for such a lovely experience:)

  I had the opportunity to stay 4 nights at the Chapa Farmstay Mountain Retreat and it was a super wonderful experience. If you prefer out of the city where you want peace and quiet… this is your next adventure. Meals can be purchased at very reasonable prices. The two ladies that prepare the meals make sure you won’t go away hungry. The meals are made according to local culture and are very delicious!!|I will definitely be staying with them again in the future.
