Had a wonderful stay here. Ms Jenny, Ms Autumn and staff were amazing hosts and helped us in organising private tours to see in Sapa and tickets for Fansipan mountain. They even gave us the weather update and recommended us places to see and eat. They also safely take care of our luggage and provided us tea and fruits while we waited for driver. They even provide pickup and drop from Lao Cai station. The breakfast was also phenomenonal and so filling lasting us the entire day. The rooms were also very clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

Our stay at the hotel was perfect. It's close to the center but in a quiet area with no noise at night. The breakfast, the room, and the staff were wonderful, especially the receptionist, Autumn, who was attentive to everything and helped us arrange visits and tickets to the places of interest we requested. She was a ten out of ten as a person and as a professional.

Stayed here for the weekend and had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean and comfortable and the location was great. What really stood out, though, was how helpful and kind the staff were. I had originally booked two separate rooms for different nights because I was booking last minute and there wasn’t availability for both nights in one room. As soon as a room opened up, the front desk staff proactively let me know and helped move me so I could stay in the same room for my entire visit, which made things much easier. Everyone at the desk seemed genuinely happy to help. They gave great recommendations for things to do in the area and helped arrange transportation as well. I really appreciated how attentive and thoughtful they were throughout my stay.

Our first time in Vietnam and our first time in sapa and i have To say Eden hotel welcomed us with warm hospitality throughout our stay there. The rooms are incredible with balcony views over looking the small town ship. The staff at Eden were especially fantastic throughout with mentions for Vinh who had looked after whatever we Wanted while we were there, he was there throughout our stay and helped alot with many things. Then there was The two receptionists Autumn and Jenny who were also very helpful and kind To us. Very memorable stay and definitely next time we are in Sapa we Will stay there again!

We mainly enjoyed our stay here thanks to the excellent help and assistance from Jenny at reception. Her English was great, and she was incredibly helpful in arranging tickets for Fansipan and making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The room was a good size and included a small balcony, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice, and eggs cooked fresh to order. Like many hotels in Sapa, it’s located up a hill, but it’s still very close to the town centre, so getting around is easy. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily return.

The hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance to Sapa center, though be prepared for steep streets when walking. The staff, especially at the front desk, are friendly and can communicate well in English, which made our stay easier. Breakfast was decent and satisfactory. However, the spa services in the hotel are quite expensive. There are several nearby spas offering more affordable options, which we ended up choosing instead. One concern during our stay was the room’s safety. The bathroom window lock was broken, which made us feel uneasy, and the main door did not have a double lock for added security.Overall, the stay was generally good in terms of location and service, but there is room for improvement, particularly in maintenance and security.

The service staff were very friendly, as i only reached the hotel pretty late at night to quicken the registration, when i walked in the receptionist was already prepared for my arrival. The location is pretty near the sun plaza, in fact from the balcony i could already see the sun plaza and the view was good too, but the walk up to the hotel was a little tiring because it's a steep slope. The room was big and comfortable. But the room i got the security latch was broken, but the door was still locked. But my overall experience there was amazing, will definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this Gem in Sapa for 1 week in a Premier Deluxe Family Room. |It was a good size with a balcony that had a reasonable view over Sapa and mountains. |The room was very clean, had a comfortable bed. Bathroom and shower had plenty of space and the water had great pressure. Serviced daily. Breakfast was sufficient and eggs made to order. |A special mention to Jenny who was fantastic. She was always friendly, pleasent to talk to and arrange outings. Also to the staff in the kitchen for breakfast. Very attentive and with a smile. Highly recommend this hotel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and only a few minutes walk to Sun Plaza, the Square and the Church. Great location. |Thank you all for a wonderful stay. |Greig and Michelle.|🌞🙂
