My experience at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were incredibly polite and professional. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were professional and always willing to help, but the receptionist truly stood out. They were welcoming, polite, and went out of their way to assist with any questions I had. That level of service made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore the area, and the facilities were well-maintained. What stood out most was the staff’s friendliness—they went above and beyond to make sure guests felt welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank You Everyone Godbless You All ❤️❤️❤️

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—just a 5-minute walk to Sun Plaza Sapa Station and the city center, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. Whether you're heading out for sightseeing, shopping, or dining, everything is within easy reach. There’s a wide range of food options nearby, so you’ll never run out of choices when it comes to meals. From local eateries to international restaurants, there’s something for everyone. Plus, there are plenty of shops in the area for anything you might need during your stay—whether it’s souvenirs, essentials, or something a bit more special. The hotel itself was also great—comfortable rooms, adequate space and friendly staff. Elevators are only up to 7th floor so if you'll be staying 8th floor or sky villas at the 9th, be ready for a bit of stair climbing - so reconsider for people with mobility issues. Overall, I had a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Unique art themed hotel. Did not stay. Went for the art. Galerie d'Art Hotel has the Northwestern Palette series to decorate the rooms, plus it also houses 29 artworks by 15 contemporary Vietnamese artists. Among them are commissioned works, creating opportunities for young artists to tackle challenges and demonstrate their talents. Highlights include works by promising artists of the 9x generation, such as Thanh Huong Doan, Nhat Vu Trinh, Van Thuc Cao, Hoang Dung Nguyen, Hung Giang Nguyen and Ngoc Nam Tran. The main lobby, corridors, the seventh floor, and the restaurant are all 1618m Gallery spaces designed to celebrate works of art -with paintings, sculptures and coloured glass emerging one after another. Beginning from the main lobby all the way to the restaurant, visitors can explore many distinctive materials and styles such as the oil and acrylic paintings by Thang Vu and Van Thanh Pham; the wood sculpture by Nhu Y Nguyen; the incised lacquer paintings by Xuan Anh Vu and the lacquer paintings by Viet Cuong Chu and Van Sy Nguyen.

There is a construction work happening next door and some maintenance in the hotel too! We were woken up around 7:30 am because of a hummer sound. After the complaint manager proposed us a full refund in cash. That’s was a positive point. The WiFi wasn’t working well. There is only common balcony, so you don’t really have any privacy if you open a curtain. Location is good if you want to be in the city centre, which was not ideal for us, hence it’s very busy and noisy

This hotel was in a nice location with views of the hills in the distance on a clear day. The rooms were tastefully decorated and the beds comfy. My sheets did have old stains on but this appeared to be only wear as the bedding had clearly been washed. The facilities were all clean. There is building work going on from 7.30am to 5.30pm so there is some noise. There are signs apologising for this. Restaurant and bar did not appear to be open in the evenings but that's ok as there is plenty of choices close by. Breakfast buffet was varied and all tasty. Continental and Vietnamese. Hot and cold options. Eggs made to order and pho. Fresh fruit was lovely but go early to ensure you get some. What shone through were the welcoming, efficient and polite reception staff. Very helpful and approachable. The rooms were cosy and would reccomend. If there was no building work and the bar was open we would give an extra star but it does seem like they are working on this.

Pros: - the view was great - breakfast is Ok, not a great selection but I enjoyed the pho -location was good but busy Cons: - Constant construction noises ( 2 mornings we were woken by probably the loudest metal sawing noises I’ve ever heard, as they were working on the balcony directly above our room) + surrounding construction noises all day long. - Dirty towels and bed sheets ( upon arrival, we saw stains on the sheets, and every towel provided had brown stains on them. Upon showing the staff they replaced them, but not exactly what you expect to deal with at 4 am when you arrive at a hotel rated near 5 stars) - No shower curtain and the perfect shower to get water absolutely everywhere, despite best efforts to keep it contained. Wood around the bathtub is nasty from constant water exposure. - Trash falling from the construction ( alongside the already dirty balcony, we found trash being thrown from the construction on the above balcony from the construction) - elevator smells horrid The staff was friendly, but seemed passive about my concerns. The place has great potential if it was renovated and cleaned up. Lower your expectations if you plan to stay here.

I have never stayed in such a fantastic hotel before. To wake up and see myself above the clouds and the peak of a mountain was just awesome. |This hotel is on the side of a mountain so the roads are narrow and steep but full of shops, restaurants and hotels. |On the ground floor there is only a reception. I checked in and the staff took me to the lift to go up. It goes in to their bar and then we had to walk up steps to my room on the next level. |Lucky i had someone take my bags. Some rooms are 4 floors higher. |Mine was just right. Room was clean and spacious with lots of furniture. |Has Air con and a personal shower heater. |My windows faces out over the valley and mountain. I can see Fansipan. |My front also acts like a balcony where i can sit and admire the views. I just can't get enough of it. |I was lucky to have both clear and cloudy days which was so good to experience both. The feeling of having the clouds below and suddenly rise up and blanket me with a chill. So bare that in mind. The cold could hit at a short notice. |This hotel is close to the HMuong village and a short ride to the cable car station to go to the peak. |The town centre is a short walk away. |What ever you do. Bare in mind this is a mountain and walking can be a bit stressful. Best if you have a guide or just driver to get you around. I know i would not get far with my health. Legs will give up waving the white flag after a few hours

Everything was beautiful — the decoration, the atmosphere, and all the little details around the hotel were perfect and very aesthetic. The breakfast area was lovely, and just a few meters away there is a beautiful café with an incredible view, which made the experience even more special. The hotel feels peaceful, cozy, and magical.
