  Sapa's weather changes dramatically. With a bit of research, we booked a hotel where we could enjoy Sapa's climate indoors. Hotel de la Coupole was perfect! We had an awesome room, and the staff was very accommodating, from the lobby, restaurant, cafe, and housekeeping up to our Fansipan tour. We spent our days enjoying the views from our window—clouds rolling in, a view of Sapa Square and the mountains—and the hotel's amenities. This hotel is a living painting in itself! It was so nice to relax and recharge without worrying about the rain or fog. I highly recommend a staycation here when the weather gets dramatic! Your stay in Sapa will be all worth it!

  Our stay at Hotel de la Coupole, Sapa was nothing short of exceptional. Having stayed at many luxury hotels over the years, I can confidently say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever experienced. As an Accor Gold member, we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade to a Mountain View Room. Waking up to the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and clouds was an unforgettable experience and one of the highlights of our stay. The hotel's design is simply stunning. Every corner of the property reflects elegance, luxury, and attention to detail. The blend of French-inspired architecture and local cultural influences creates a truly unique atmosphere that sets this hotel apart from others. The service was outstanding throughout our stay. The staff were professional, attentive, and always willing to assist, making us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. One of the biggest advantages of staying here is the VIP access to Fansipan when tickets are purchased through the hotel. This was a game-changer for our visit. We were able to bypass the long queues at multiple stages of the journey, making the entire Fansipan experience smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. The VIP access alone added tremendous value to our stay. The location is also excellent, with easy access to Sapa town while still offering spectacular mountain views.   We had a great experience at this hotel!! The rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing. Every one of them were super sweet and helpful!! Harold even helped us check in an airline that my wife booked on but the website was hard to navigate for among other things being only in Vietnamese. Definitely will stay here on our next visit.

  The reception staff provided excellent service. They were attentive, professional, and always willing to help. The check-in process was smooth, and although I arrived before the official check-in time, the staff kindly assisted me and made me feel very welcome. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with elegant and unique design throughout the property. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The facilities, especially the swimming pool, were excellent. The location is convenient, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa and would gladly stay here again.

  We wish all hotels could be this good. Every aspect of the hotel has been thoroughly thought of to finish with the most amazing hotel with incredible detail and the wow factor doubled. On top of this the staff were wonderful, eager and clearly enjoy being there. We had the most wonderful 3 nights and wished we stayed longer. Our room was dreamy comfortable with partial views and very quiet. The breakfast buffet was scrumptious with lots to choose from in a beautiful, bright dining setting. The bar had a lovely open area with amazing views and an assortment of the most interesting and delightful cocktails. There was an incredible indoor pool that was perfectly heated in a generous sized area so lovely and relaxing with very comfy lounges. An excellent location with everything a short walk away. Thank you and we look forward to returning soon.

  Hotel de la Coupole is the best hotel I have ever stayed at and I’ve been to 20 countries, some multiple times. It was absolutely stunning. The service was outstanding. I was able to travel to Fansipan Peak from the hotel building. Hotel de la Coupole is the only hotel I have ever relaxed in. Normally I go go go and the hotel is just a bed in a room. I relaxed in the lobby for four hours waiting for my shuttle to come. I took a nap at the pool on a comfortable double sized patio bed. I highly recommend you choose this hotel over any other in Sapa.
