⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Lady Hill Resort in Sapa, and it exceeded our expectations. The resort is set in a stunning mountain location with breathtaking views of the valleys and surrounding peaks. Waking up to such beautiful scenery every morning was truly unforgettable. What made our stay even more special was the exceptional hospitality from the staff. A special thank you to Sam, the bellman, who was incredibly helpful with our luggage and always greeted us with a warm smile. As a local born and raised in Sapa, he also shared helpful insights about the area, which we really appreciated. We would also like to thank Tan from the restaurant for his excellent service and friendliness throughout our stay. And a special mention to Joseph, the manager, who ensured everything was smooth and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The combination of the spectacular location, beautiful facilities, and outstanding service made this a memorable experience. We highly recommend Lady Hill Resort to anyone visiting Sapa and looking for a relaxing mountain getaway. We would gladly stay here again.

We enjoyed one night at Lady Hill Sapa and it was a lovely experience. The hotel is very fancy and it was a real step up in quality compared to other hotels we stayed at in the area. The location is more isolated from the town so slightly more limited with things to do, definitely more of a stay at your resort place. However, it is easy enough to get a taxi into town and only takes around 10mins. The buffet breakfast was phenomenal in terms of the food options, but the vegan/vegetarian options were limited so this was something that was somewhat disappointing for us. The staff were great, Vinh in particular was very kind, helpful and welcoming during our stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel. From the reception team to the bellman, every staff member was courteous, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The accommodation was excellent, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making our stay truly relaxing and enjoyable. We would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to Quang Vinh, who made our experience exceptionally memorable. His friendly personality, warm hospitality, and constant smile made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. He consistently went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed and always greeted us with genuine enthusiasm and positivity. What stood out most was his dedication to ensuring guests have the best possible experience. His kindness, attentiveness, and cheerful attitude made us feel like kings and queens throughout our stay. Staff like Quang Vinh are a true asset to the hotel, and his passion for providing outstanding service is clearly reflected in every interaction. Thank you, Quang Vinh, for making our holiday even more special. We are truly grateful for your exceptional hospitality. Kudos to the entire hotel team for their excellent service—we highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again in the future! 🌟👏😊

We had a wonderful experience in this hotel. The 2 bedroom bungalow was a dream room with wonderful view. Winn our buggy driver and the other buggy drivers in our trip were very helpful and friendly. My kids enjoyed the trip and the hotel staff were all very friendly to them. They helped us with booking the attractions and gave recommendations based on the weather. Would definitely come back here again.

“Not as good as the photos.. ” We booked 3 months! in advance for a premium mountain view king room. The hotel did not seem busy but we were given a room with full view of the ugly, noisy (sometimes at 5am!!) amusement park (right in front). The pool was also right below us so we had a less than quiet and relaxing experience. Considering we booked so far ahead would have appreciated a quieter part of the hotel but our request to change was met with some irritation and only an offer of a similarly placed (but smaller) room which we declined. Again, the hotel seemed to have plenty of space to do a change. The pool is also always freezing cold so you cannot swim in it, there is no where warm to sit and so you can’t really enjoy the view like it is shown in the photos. Jacuzzi is also not hot. The positives were overall very nice staff (but very few managers it seemed to solve issues), good food, nice spa, potentially good location if you aren’t in the area of rooms (middle part of the hotel) we got. Not a 5 star experience overall sorry. Maybe we should have booked a year in advance to get a nice room?

When we arrived, we were astounded at how amazing and grand the hotel was. Even at the start, at just the lobby, we couldn't help but say, "wow." The staff were very friendly and helped us with our baggage and greeted us with warm smiles. And our room, oh it was spectacular! The beds were so soft, the views were so pretty,  and when you call for room service, they respond and act immediately. The buffet was a whole other story, it had a wide selection of food with staff to assist you if you need anything. Highly recommend if youreally want to be blown away by how beautiful the experience is here.

We had the perfect stay in mid-June, and it was a pleasant surprise after coming from the bustle, humidity and crowds of Hanoi to the fresh open space and vast greenery of Sapa. |The hotel is perfectly located in the Hills, just 10 minutes from the city centre by either a complimentary shuttle or Grab/Taxi, costing about $2 to the Sapa city centre, where there are lots of great restaurants and activities. |The hotel itself is clean and the amenities great. We were pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness and cleanliness of our bedroom/bathroom. We requested a quiet room, and it was perfect, with a great view even though the weather was not ideal. |The staff were very friendly, English-speaking, and extremely accommodating.|| A special thank you to Sarah, at reception as she could not have been more helpful in making our stay perfect. Thank you.|The indoor pool was heated and more for families with Kids; we passed on this. Also did not try the sauna or steam room. We would prefer to have no cost here, so we suggest including this in the hotel's cost. |I loved the outdoor pool; the water was rather cold but totally refreshing, and the view is spectacular.|The gym was good, a bit drab, but met my needs; it was basic. The air conditioning was out of service. It was nice having it so quiet. A overall revamp would be welcome.||The breakfast was spectacular, with a huge variety of everything to suit all cultures and tastes. Our favourite was the made to order section for omlettes and soups, the furit and cheese selection was also awesome. We were glad it was not high season.|Overall, a great experience, and would highly recommend the Lady Hill Sapa . |Thanks to all the staff. |Regina and Tom Fogarty
