The accommodations were absolutely stellar and very clean. The property is well maintained and thoughtfully prepared. The location is perfect and overlooks the beautiful rice fields and the expansive Sapa horizon, which made every morning and evening unforgettable. The hotel is easily accessible from the bus station. If transportation is prearranged, a car will pick you up based on your arrival time. I personally took a sleeper bus from Hanoi to Sapa and had no issues arranging transportation once I arrived. While Sapa itself can be quite expensive, I found this hotel and its accommodations to be reasonably and moderately priced for the quality, service, and views provided. The staff were incredibly helpful and assisted me with booking tours, guides, and local accommodations, which made my stay seamless and stress free. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the views were truly breathtaking. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa and would happily stay here again.

What a wonderful stay. My wife and I spent two nights for our honeymoon at Laxsik Ecolodge in a Hmong Suite and the details of the room were amazing. The staff here have top notch service too. Views from the room were nothing short of incredible too.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel. The view was breathtaking, and the staff were super friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and after checking out, we were still allowed to use the swimming pool and even the showers.

Our experience was really nice! The stuff tried to accommodate us as much as they could. We REALLY loved the food (crispy tofu with scallion sauce and the vegetarian hot pot - order small since it’s massive! - and other dishes) were amazing! We also made a cute little friend there (we called him Scrappy)! The room was lovely, and we also got a complimentary red dao bath and added a massage on top. I would say it was our best stay in sapa (comparing to two other ecolodges and glamping). We recommend!

We had an overall very pleasant stay and spent three nights at the hotel. Despite arriving around midnight on Chinese New Year, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was generally good but, in our opinion, could be expanded a bit more. We missed items such as honey and cream cheese. The jam selection was also quite limited, and the ones provided were overly sweet. Additionally, we don’t feel that spaghetti really belongs on a breakfast buffet. While it seems like an attempt to make the breakfast more Western-friendly, it didn’t quite work. Options such as granola for yogurt, avocado, or salmon would be much more suitable and would elevate the overall breakfast experience. The rooms were very nice overall; we stayed in Room 8. However, the toilet seat was loose, and the shower design is quite impractical. Even when being careful, water tended to spread across the bathroom floor all the way to the toilet. The terrace is truly wonderful and a perfect place to relax. That said, the cushions appear quite worn and could benefit from being replaced. We noticed construction taking place behind/next to the pool. We personally did not experience any disturbance in our room, but we observed that several other guests were unhappy about it. Regarding the pool, we were disappointed that it was not heated enough, which meant we couldn’t use it at all during our stay. Since the pool is heavily featured in the hotel’s promotional photos, we believe it should be usable even on colder days. During cooler months, a water temperature of around 32–35°C would be ideal. An indoor or covered pool area would be a major advantage in a place like Sapa, where it’s possible to experience all four seasons in one day. This would allow guests to enjoy the facilities rather than spending most of their time in their rooms - especially since the spa prices are quite high. Considering that the room rates, spa services, and restaurant prices are already at a European price level, we believe these aspects should be aligned accordingly. Otherwise, there may be more negative reviews in the future, particularly from guests who experience poor weather and are unable to fully enjoy the property. That would be unfortunate, as the hotel clearly has great potential.

The views are beautiful, and we enjoyed the restaurant and spa, which were relaxing and well done. The property clearly has a thoughtful design and a peaceful intention. That said, during our stay there was ongoing construction noise from early morning through the evening, and some areas shown in Priceline listing photos were either incomplete or under construction. Either the pictures were taken before construction or AI generated. Overall, the hotel has strong potential and some lovely features, but the experience did not feel fully aligned with the cost. We personally would not return, though others may enjoy it under different conditions.

This hotel is amazing and at a very reasonable price. The location is perfect, outside of the hustling and bustling town of Sapa and located on the rural rice terraces. The rooms and atmosphere are truly magnificent and the staff are top notch. The rooms are very nice and clean. 10/10 hotel.
