  We had a wonderful stay in this hotel and we can only recommend it. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is incredibly helpful and so kind and the breakfast is extraordinary. Would definitely stay here again when in Sa Pa.

  We had to book this hotel at the last minute of our trip, and I’m really glad we did. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We connecting rooms we booked were very spacious, clean, and pretty. The air conditioner also doubled as a heater for the cold nights. Bottled water was also provided for each night of our stay. The hotel might be a little further from the plaza as other hotels, but this ensured the night was quiet and peaceful. I’d recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Sa Pa.

  The hotel staff greet you at the entrance, help you with your luggage, and offer you tea. The rooms are clean, towels are changed daily, and water is replenished. Very good European breakfast plus PHO soup of your choice. At the end of your stay, you can leave your luggage. The staff will help you until the very end of your stay. The hotel has its own elegant colonial style. Beautiful view from the windows facing the street.

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and very relaxing. The views over the rice fields were beautiful and added a special touch to our experience. It is a pity that there is currently some construction work in front of the property and a fence partially affects the view, but even so, the rice fields can still be enjoyed and the setting remains very pleasant. What truly made our stay exceptional was the entire team. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our experience memorable. Their kindness and professionalism made all the difference. Thank you to everyone for such a fantastic stay. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

  We had an amazing stay in My Gallery Hotel - the service, room and overall experience was truly 5 stars. It’s located a little off the main drag in Sapa town and overlooks the mountains- it was perfect for us as it was more quiet and scenic. First off, the service was top notch. All of the staff were super friendly, warm and spoke English. We didn’t get their names, but we were serviced most frequently by the young man wearing the black jacket (so sweet and friendly!) , the gentleman wearing white and the lady with braces at the front counter. We were allocated a beautiful and large room on 5F facing the mountains. The decor is very tasteful and in the colonial style with accents of emerald green, brass fixtures and white and black tiles. Beds are very clean and comfy, all amenities are provided. Breakfast was also decent, you order it Ala carte and they will make it fresh for you. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Sapa. Thank you again to the team for the warm experience 🙏🏻

  They are understaffed but they never made us feel like we’re asking too much. They gave us suggestions and are always ready to assist you. My room was clean and equipped with a good heater. Well decorated too. I love the toilet amenities provided. My bathroom was a little small. However, my friend’s bathroom is bigger. So they can accommodate that. Breakfast was available but no halal food so I helped myself with some toasts and fruits. There are options for us. :)

  Nice hotel. Staff were extremely helpful. They band over backwards to assist. Simple breakfast but good enough to start the day. The room was lovely with great mountain views. We had a small issue with our room but the changed it for us immediately upon request.

  Hotel staff was very accommodating, and we felt super welcomed. The location was great however the hotel does not offer any room service, so you would need to get food outside. Their massage services was also superb, please call 30mins beforehand
