We stayed here for 2 weeks. You didn't hear me wrong, it is so hot in hanoi n I decided to go sapa so that I can chill n relax here. We received a great hospitality especially from the manager at the morning buffet. He gives us many informations on where we can visit in sapa during our 2 weeks stay. We'll be back again next time. Oh... Just a reminder, please choose the mountain view room with the balcony. It's nice to see the furnicular running to and flo between Sun Plaza, Sapa Station and Muong Hoa Station.

Pistachio Hotel is located in a perfect location in Sapa. Its in a quiet location but only a small walk to the Hustle and bustle of the town centre, and a great location to start your daily exploration from. The hotel is very spacious and the rooms are awesome with very clean and comfortable amenities. The perfect place for a great nights sleep. All the staff are super friendly and cant do enough to make your stay perfect. You cant go past the buffet breakfast, all the food is fresh and tastes absolutely beautiful, the variety of food is sure to have something for everyone. To top off our stay, the Management found out is was my Birthday and sent a beautiful Birthday Cake up to our room with a card. Highly Recommend

Best hotel! However is 4 stars only. I think can be 5 stars. Good staff. Location is good. However need to climb when you go out from the hotel. Hotel free upgrade me to premium room, and thanks for the design for my room and the cake is yummy. The interior pool’s toilet got a bad smell. The heater not working well. The water from the top keeps dripping.

A very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of the funicular train passing through the Muong Hoa Valley, which added a unique charm to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fairly standard adequate but nothing particularly memorable. One of the highlights of the hotel is definitely the rooftop pool, which offers a stunning panoramic view of the valley perfect for relaxing and soaking in the scenery. However it was too cold during my visit, so we skip the soaking. The location is very convenient. It’s about a 8 minute walk to Sun Plaza, where you can catch the funicular train to Fansipan. It’s also within similar walking distance to Mam Restaurant & Coffee, La Do Cafe and Viettrekking Coffee & Restaurant, all of which offer good food paired with fantastic views. For authentic local cuisine, I highly recommend A Beo Sapa the food there has a wonderful home-cooked feel and is truly excellent. One downside is the bathroom setup there’s no separate shower, so you have to shower in the bathtub, and the water flow was quite slow, which could be improved. Overall, a great stay with a combination of comfort, scenery, and accessibility.

We had a wonderful stay! Ms. Huyen was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. She kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated after our journey.|After we checked out, she let us store our luggage while we explored the Sapa Market. Before we left, she even prepared complimentary snacks for our trip, which was such a thoughtful gesture. She consistently made sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was comfortable.|We were also welcomed with complimentary cakes on our first day. The room was spacious, clean, and offered an amazing view. The breakfast buffet was another highlight—it had such a wide variety of delicious options that we had a hard time deciding what to try!|Overall, the exceptional hospitality, comfortable room, and outstanding breakfast made our stay memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We had a wonderful stay at Pistachio Hotel Sapa. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very clean. The room was comfortable, and the highlight of our stay was definitely the swimming pool, which offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains.Sapa itself is a destination that is truly worth visiting. The weather is cool and refreshing, and the scenery is absolutely stunning. We enjoyed visiting Cat Cat Village and Fansipan, both of which were beautiful and memorable experiences. The fresh mountain air, amazing landscapes, and peaceful atmosphere made our trip very enjoyable. One small issue was that there appeared to be construction work taking place nearby, possibly for new hotels or shops. During the daytime, especially around noon, the noise could be quite loud, making it difficult to take an afternoon nap. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Pistachio Hotel Sapa as well as Sapa itself to anyone planning a trip to Vietnam. The beautiful views, pleasant climate, and excellent hotel facilities made this a memorable holiday.

The location is excellent, and the view from the hotel was beautiful. Khu and Chung were extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was decent, with enough options to start the day. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.||One thing we found unnecessary was the emphasis on the price list for items in the room in case of damage or breakage. While it's understandable to have such a policy, we also didn't appreciate being given detailed instructions about which items in the minibar were complimentary and which were chargeable. As frequent travelers, we are familiar with hotel policies and always pay for any services or items we use. A little more trust in guests would make the experience feel more welcoming.||Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff.
