I had a lovely experience at this hotel. My room on the 5th floor had an amazing view of the mountains! Strong AC with hitting option when super cold in Sapa! Big balcony with a table to chill after trekking. Stuff was very helpful and lovely. All receptionists and breakfast stuff always welcomed me with a big smile and calm spirit. There is an option to stay longer in the room (50% extra charge for a day) in case you planning a night bus! I enjoyed my stay. Thank You a lot for all help and great time

Booked this for 10 people here in Sapa. We booked 5 rooms. Located in the heart of Sapa with stuning views from all the room balconies. All eateries and markets were closeby and walkable. The manager Quan and their staff Fein were super helpful all 3 days of our stay there. The complimentary breakfast had a good spread. Overall 10/10, highly recomend this place when in Sapa.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic and so kind and helpful . I made an error in my booking and booked for the wrong dates but the gentleman in reception was so helpful and amended the booking straight away and there was a room available. Every staff member we passed greeted us with a big smile and were so helpful in providing information about trips and activities to do. The room was clean and great value for money. When we were checking out and getting our bus the man behind reception gave both me and my partner a bottle of water for the trip, it was these small gestures of kindness that made us leave Sapa hills hotel with a smile.

Our stay at Sapa Hills Hotel, Sapa was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out. The host, Hoan, and the concierge, Fein, were incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made the experience special. The view from the hotel is breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of the misty hills of Sapa from the balcony was unforgettable. The balcony overlooks the hill station beautifully, and spending time there with a cup of coffee while enjoying the scenery was easily one of the highlights of the trip. Breakfast was also great, with a spread of eggs, sausages, pancakes, juice and tea/coffee. The ambience of the hotel is calm, cozy, and very well maintained, making it perfect whether you're traveling as a couple, with friends, or with family. Everything felt welcoming and relaxing, exactly what you want when visiting a place like Sapa. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would 10/10 recommend Sapa Hills Hotel to anyone visiting the area. I would happily stay here again the next time I’m in Sapa. I would say, don't be deceived by the looks of their entrance or the size of the hotel. The bed are so soft, the room is big, big clean bathroom with bidet, free breakfast, the customer service is great! For our first time here in sapa, this is really a great place to stay! If you are looking for a budget but great customer service and great room, I recommend this place!

I had the most disappointing and shocking experience at Sapa Hills Hotel. While I was out, the hotel staff entered my room without my permission and moved all my personal belongings to another room. My things were completely mixed up — including personal and hygiene items — and I have no idea who touched them. This is a serious violation of privacy and safety.||When I complained, the manager’s response was extremely rude and disrespectful, instead of showing any sense of responsibility. Their messages were even more offensive, blaming me instead of apologizing properly.||I contacted Booking.com, where I made the reservation, but they also didn’t take any serious action or solve the problem.||If you care about your safety, privacy, and respect, do not stay at this hotel. It’s one of the worst experiences I’ve had while traveling, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
