I stayed here for one night and I liked it a lot. First, the comfiest bed so far in Vietnam (been here 1.5 week). Because the huts are made of stone I felt the hut was more insulated than other stays with simple wood panels. I had a nice temperature at night with the aircon going, even though it was cold outside. Lastly, I booked a local guide for 4 hours. Her name was May Sieu and she was great. Highly recomend the guided tours and particularly May.

Really cute ecolodge outside of Sa Pa. If you are looking for a calm, peaceful stay near Sa Pa this is a lovely place to get that. Location is a little bit out of the township making it super quiet, with great views of the surrounding mountains and rice fields. Rooms are spacious, very clean with a yummy breakfast. Thao is great, she organised drivers for us to get in and out of Sa Pa town (paid at the end of the stay), organised laundry and was very helpful and communicative over WhatsApp. Very happy with our stay here! Even met a cute dog and cat that lived on the property!

Great location and good advice from host. Plenty of hikes around, check out Art garden 1.2km away. Modern cabins with a view, great service.

Owner of lodge is very friendly. Checked in with me via WhatsApp before my arrival to ensure all is well. Offered many ideas for trips out. Very healing place to stay to zone out, good relief from hectic city life.

Sapaxa home stay exceeded our expectations. We loved everything about the place. Accommodations were clean, well maintained complete with all basic necessities. But what made it extra special for us was Mike - the front desk guy who was very courteous, kind and accommodating. He speaks quite good English too. He communicated with us even before our scheduled arrival via WhatsApp to make sure they were ready for all our needs. He even accommodated our request for a very early checkin. Mike is a one man show, besides managing the front desk and maintaining the facilities, he also serves as a chef preparing our delicious home cooked dinner then served it to us. His wife Tao was also very nice. I really can’t say enough about them. The hotel owner hopefully recognizes what a gem he has and reward him accordingly. Mike and Tai, we look forward to seeing you again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Sapaxa Spring Garden! 🏨 The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. The service was absolutely impeccable, really top-notch! 🌟 The reception lady Tam helped us to book a cab to train station. She showed us the map and different places to explore nearby the stay and activities to do. When I told her that I'm not feeling well during check out, she quickly prepared a hot ginger tea for me. So nice of her. You can rent a motorbike at the stay and go for strawberry picking nearby.

Such a great location with tons of places to eat nearby! The staff were super friendly and really added to the experience. Our bungalow was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated - perfect for a quiet escape from the city. The food was delicious, and the local wine was a lovely bonus!

Mike and his wife were very good hosts. The place is surrounded by nature and has amazing views. It is 15-20 min from Sapa but here you can definitely enjoy a quiet life. I would definitely recommend it
