We had a wonderful time at SinChai Ecolodge. The serenity of this area is what we chose to be in compared to the hustle and bustle of Sapa town. This property is nestled in a rural setting with views of Fansipan range. We loved it. The service provided by the staff is also top notch. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with natural materials and blends into the landscape.

We stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was an absolute paradise. A special thank you to the male concierge staff who kindly helped us fasten our luggage onto our motorbike—his kindness and helpfulness truly meant a lot to us. It was a lovely and memorable experience overall. The weather was extremely cold during our stay, and having a heater in the room would make the experience even more comfortable and perfect.

Very clean and spacious room. Above all the staff and specially the manager are very nice. He has helped us understand the requirements to travel to our next stop. Location is a bit outside the center but thats exactly perfect if you want a nice quite area with rice field and mountain view. Its still easily accessible if you rent a scooter.

We are delighted with our stay at Sin Chai Ecolodge. The rooms are very clean, spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The view of the mountains is absolutely stunning and allows guests to fully appreciate the beauty of Sapa. The property is located in a peaceful and relaxing setting, away from the noise and surrounded by nature. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The buffet breakfast is generous and offers a good variety of options. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and authentic stay in Sapa.

Away from the main town (sapa centre), this hotel provides panoramic view of the beautiful mountains & the valley. We stayed here for 2 nights & 3 days, and it became completely unforgettable memory. Room was clean & cozy. Staff was polite. Food was good. Near to cat cat village. However the only setback was the road to the hotel. Nearly 1.5 kms of the uphill road to the hotel is completely wreck with no street lights, which makes it very inconvenient every time we chose to travel. Road 1/5 stars. Hotel 4/5 stars.

While the staff in reception speak English and the breakfast is genuinely good, my experience was defined by profound disappointment due to poor hygiene and a significant service failure. The most upsetting part of my stay was the lack of follow-through regarding a special request. I personally visited the reception upon arrival to arrange flowers for my wife’s birthday, even offering to pay whatever was necessary. They assured me it would be done as a complimentary gesture, which initially felt like a wonderful touch. Based on this promise, I bought a cake and was incredibly excited to surprise her. Opening the door to find absolutely nothing was heartbreaking. Had the staff simply been honest about their inability to help, I could have made other arrangements. Instead, they let me down on a very important occasion. Furthermore, the room quality was unacceptable. The floors were so stained and discolored a dark, muddy brown that I didn't feel comfortable walking barefoot. A persistent, unpleasant moldy odor permeated the entire room and bathroom. Additionally, be aware that the access road is in very poor condition, meaning Grab pick-ups take an incredibly long time to arrive.

Really enjoyed staying here. Location is abit far from city and road to hotel is slightly rough with uneven road path but however grab is not difficult to get it. Food here is 10/10 and hotel restaurant got a lot of good food.

Tucked away in a tranquil spot adjacent to the rice fields. It feels like a million miles from the town centre, although it's only a few minutes. We felt instantly at home here. Lovely grounds and pool, attractive and comfy rooms overlooking the rice terraces. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The restaurant served excellent food.||This gorgeous little hotel is a 'must do' and we would highly recommend.
