it was incredible. i totally recommend this trekk with Dinh and her family. i did the 2 days tour. special thanks to Cucu (i don’t know how to spell her name, sorry…) she was the best guide that i could ever ask for. the stay with dinh and her family was also super nice. they are so generous and kind. dinh is also trying to develop a school for girls wich is really nice. going with her is helping her and her family and also the little girls from her village.

We had such an incredible experience hiking through the rice terraces with Pan. She really looked after us, always helping us through the tricky parts of the trek. We did the 2D1N trekking experience and I would highly recommend this experience to anyone heading to Sapa. The views are incredible. Dinh is a true inspiration, she is changing the world for all of the women in her life and also supporting many children in the community. Every meal was incredible. The restaurants chosen were great and the home cooked food was so fresh and generous. Thank you to Dinh for welcoming us into her homestay and to Pan for being the most incredible guide. We will cherish the memories from this trip forever.

We did a two-day trekking tour with one overnight stay and had a wonderful experience. We were accompanied by Mu, Dinh's cousin, who took great care of us throughout the trip. She shared a lot of interesting knowledge about the local culture, traditions, and way of life, and her English was really good. The homestay was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and a private bathroom. The food was delicious throughout the tour, including two lunches at local restaurants along the way, dinner at Dinh's home, and breakfast the next morning. We were very grateful that rubber boots and walking sticks were provided, as parts of the trail were muddy and a bit slippery due to the rain in the previous days. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that we can highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic trekking adventure.

As a solo traveller, you’re always a little hesitant about committing to more than a one-day trip with a group of strangers. But taking that leap with Dinh's Sapa Trekking turned out to be the best way to experience Sapa. From the very first meetup with our amazing guide Tranh, to trekking through the villages, the homestay accommodations, and the group of eight we ended up with, this became one of the most memorable treks I’ve ever done. The entire experience felt authentic and incredibly well-organized. If you’re thinking about doing an overnight stay with the Hmong community, take the leap — you won’t regret it. Dinh and her community is so welcoming!!

Owner Dinh made sure to accommodate for us when when we decided to abruptly change our plans. The rooms and location are great: warm water and soft beds. The area is quiet. The rooms were one of the cleanest we have encountered in Vietnam. Also: the food is delicious! Another review mentioned moldy pillows and blankets. We didn't find a single trace of mold or dirt anywhere in the homestay! I highly recommend checking out Dinh's Homestay. Lastly I'd like to thank her and her family for their hospitality and versatility.

I had such a great time trekking with Dinh! We were looked after so well from the start. I did the trek with my parents who are a bit older, but the guides were so attentive throughout the whole trek, my parents had a great time. We stayed in Dinhs homestay, which was in such a beautiful location, and Dinh really welcomed us into her home, with delicious food even a performance! Can’t recommend Dinh trekking enough!

The most special place I’ve stayed on my whole trip in Southeast Asia, the generosity of Dinh and her family was incredible. Seeing the unbelievable scenery of Sa Pa and the Muong Hoa valley through two days of trekking, as well as learning about the local culture of the Hmong people was really special. Our guide Chu Chu (I hope I’ve spelled that right) was amazing, and the homestay overall was really nice with a great social atmosphere in the evenings. We also felt very lucky to support such a special project as the money goes towards supporting Dinh and her family and giving the opportunity for local children to go to school.

Please don't book via Trip - the host totally missed my booking! Nonetheless, she roomed me another homestay, and was able to accommodate my request for trekking as well. If you're planning to Grab there, do note that the location might be wrong - suggest to get in touch directly with Dinh. I loved the trekking. There are 2 options, the rice paddy one and the bamboo forest one. I did the rice paddy one and it was very enjoyable. Culturally immersive, educational, and you get a good workout all at once!
