I had a fantastic experience and Pao’s. The photo was the view from my room’s balcony! The staff were incredible helpful and friendly. Ahead of my travel to Sa Pa, they were extremely responsive helping me with transportation options and hiking itineraries. The guided hiking tours from the hotel made logistics very easy, and they helped coordinate and accommodate my food allergy (gluten) during the tours. I really liked how the hotel was a bit removed from the busiest parts of the city, so it felt more peaceful, yet you could easily walk to downtown Sapa. The Spa treatments, while not included in the room rate, were fantastic as well. The massage therapists awesome and I ended up treating myself to a daily treatment due to the quality and price relative to a massage at home. Highly recommend, and I hope to be back!

Ai Linh’s Restaurant is a beautiful and elegant place to dine. The atmosphere is quiet and romantic, making it perfect for a relaxing meal. The restaurant offers both Western and local Vietnamese dishes, and the prices are very reasonable—similar to restaurants outside, but with a much better experience. One of the highlights is the stunning view. You can see Moana Cafe and the famous Sapa rice terraces while enjoying your meal, which makes it even more special. We also had breakfast here, and the buffet selection was excellent with many delicious options to choose from. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is very clean, including the dining area and toilets. There are also many beautiful spots to take photos. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and I highly recommend Ai Linh’s Restaurant to anyone visiting Sapa.

Great location with excellent views! Room was spacious, clean, daily make-up. Staff were friendly and helpful, ever so approachable. Happy hour and excellent spa and massage services! A 10-15m walk to town. Nearby easily accessible diners. This place is as recommended by friends, we love it so much that we have already planned for a trip back next year ☺️

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. If possible, book a room with a valley view—the scenery is beautiful. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout our visit, and the breakfast was good, although the coffee could be improved. The rooms are starting to show their age. Our AC and fridge were not cooling properly/ at all, we had to request for a fan, and we experienced waterlogging in the shower area which was very frustrating despite maintenance confirming the drain was clear. That said, the excellent service and stunning views made for a pleasant stay overall.

The hotel is perched on a hill overlooking a beautiful valley. Our room was on 3rd floor which is one level below the reception area. The rooms are clean and reasonably spacious. The breakfast spread is good with live counters for eggs and noodles. Checkout is at 12pm so convenient. Rooms have a small balcony from where the valley views are breathtaking. Staff are generally quite helpful. Things to be aware of: 1. The hotel caters to big group tours and so the time to check-in may be longer. 2. The big groups also start early so the breakfast room is quite crowded till about 8.30am. 3. The sound insulation of the rooms is quite poor. So the noise from corridor and adjoining rooms is quite disturbing. 4. The hotel is very close to Sapa city cemetery and some rooms have views to the cemetery.

Our stay at Pao’s Sapa Leisure Hotel was simply amazing! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations.||The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, spotless, and offer breathtaking views of the mountains. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of local and international options, and all the facilities were excellent.||What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the incredible kindness and professionalism of the staff. We would especially like to thank one of the receptionists, who welcomed us every single day with the biggest smile and always went above and beyond to help us. Her warmth, positive attitude, and genuine care made us feel at home. She turned an already wonderful stay into something truly special, and we are so grateful for everything she did for us.||Hospitality like hers is rare, and she is a real credit to the hotel.||If we ever return to Sapa, there is no doubt that we will stay at Pao’s again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience, outstanding service, and spectacular views.||Thank you for making our trip so memorable. We hope to come back again soon!

Our stay was exceptional from start to finish. Every aspect of our experience exceeded our expectations. The reception team was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel valued from the moment we arrived. The housekeeping and room service teams were attentive and efficient, while the dining staff consistently provided outstanding service with great care and hospitality.||We were especially impressed by the hotel’s thoughtful attention to our needs. Once the team learned that we are Muslim, they kindly arranged halal food options for us, which we truly appreciated. This level of care, respect, and personalized service made our stay even more comfortable and memorable.||Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality and dedication to creating such a wonderful guest experience. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

The hotel is located a bit outside the city center, so getting to the main attractions takes some extra travel time. That said, the trade-off is a noticeably quieter neighborhood, which was nice for sleeping and unwinding after a busy day.The room was clean and well-maintained, and the facilities in general were good — no complaints there. Two things worth noting, though. First, the air conditioning was quite weak and struggled to cool the room properly, which can be annoying depending on the climate. Second, the toiletries provided (shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, shaving cream, etc.) felt cheap. I'd recommend bringing your own if you're particular about that sort of thing.Breakfast was a highlight — good variety and quality, a pleasant way to start the day.Overall a decent option, especially if you don't mind being a little farther from the action and you pack your own bathroom essentials.
