  Traveling to Sapa many times and I found best place to storage luggage for trekking tour. Right at the center of Sapa. Friendly staffs. High recommended

  I arrived in the early morning after the sleeper bus from Hanoi for luggage storage and laundry, the staff (especially Martin and Dua lipa) were so kind and helpful. The laundry was done in an hour 🙏🏼☺️

  I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, close to the city center and attractions. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the hot shower was reliable, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options to choose from. The facilities, including the lobby, restaurant, and parking area, were well-maintained. The overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing, making it easy to rest after a long day.   Great service, very friendly staff will treat you like family. Highly recommend staying here. We stayed outside the main city but found this hotel from talking with the locals and ate here one lunch. The staff were so friendly and we came back and ended up booking the last day we had in Sapa through their car service, and they offered to hold our baggage for free. As I’ve said, highly recommend staying here and booking everything through these guys.
