  Reviewing on behalf of a friend. I saw how dirty her shoes are- full of mud and dirt. And her shoes are good as new after cleaning !!! The owner is so friendly and helpful. They let my friend borrow sandals while the shoes were left at the laundry. Owner said that it would take 4-5 hours to clean the shoes but we went to collect the shoes earlier and it was already ready for collection. Service costs 50k per pair of shoes. I’d highly recommend this place :)

  After 2 days of trekking in the mud, my sneakers were really dirty. I dropped them off in the evening and was able to pick them up the next morning for 50k. The pair is completely clean, like new, and smells good again =) I recommend 100% and thank you !​​​​​​​​​

  Went trekking in Sa Pa for four days. Afterwards we brought our clothes and shoes to be cleaned. Very kind lady, quick service and very fair price. We got our stuff back approx 4 hours later. Better than at home. See pics for before and after of the shoes 😍. Thank you!

  The best laundry service in Sapa! Extremely efficient, great communication and a fraction of the price of our hotel laundry service. We asked to do a regular wash + dry load, and a separate wash only / delicates load and she delivered and even offered us a cheaper price for the wash only load. When we picked up our clothes only 4 hours later, every thing was separated and folded in bags to easily carry home and organize! Thank you so much for making laundry during travel so easy. Highly recommend!!

  We dropped off our laundry after the ha giang loop and travelling for a few weeks. The price was really cheap much cheaper than our hotel laundry service. We dropped our stuff off in the evening and it was ready for pick up the next morning. Our laundry was fresh, cleaned, smelt very nice and was soft. It was all neatly ironed. She evening stain removed some items for us without us asking. Easy to contact through WhatsApp, trustworthy and reliable service. Thank you

  I’m staying here in Sapa for 3 weeks and I found a perfect service for Laundry. They are very friendly and accommodating. Happy with my clean clothes. I even ask them to wash my shoes as it was very dirty from hike and I got them on the same day. Highly recommended.

  BEST LAUNDRY SERVICE EVER! super easy to whatsapp them, they offer delivery and pick up services too 😍 texted them at 3.10pm, picked up at 3.20pm, received laundry at 10pm (they kept their word of 5-6 hours) best part is, my cap is now stain-free! i can’t believe how good their service is, all the clothes are neatly folded, smells so good, and organised. DEFINITELY HIGHLY recommend!! they charge by kg (40.000 vnd/kg) 100/10 will use it again! pls do support them 🩷🩷🩷

  This is the best laundry service I have used anywhere in Vietnam. The service was fast, same day and very reasonably priced. What I liked the best is that the clothes were very clean and smelled great, so I feel confident that they have great washing machines, laundry soap, and dryer. The owners were very happy to help us and speak English clearly. Thank you for the great service.
