  Highly recommend this laundry service in Sapa! Easily one of the best we found during our trip. We used their service twice and both times were excellent. Our clothes came back smelling fresh and clean, neatly folded, and packed nicely. Delivery to our hotel lobby was very convenient and made things hassle-free while traveling. Communication via WhatsApp was also great quick responses and very easy to arrange everything. Overall, the service definitely lived up to our 5-star expectations. Reliable, convenient, and a great experience from start to finish. Thank you! 😊

  We contacted Ms.Clean Laundry on our bus from Ha Giang to SaPa to see if they could get our clothes & shoes washed and turned around quickly. We dropped our clothes and shoes off at 4pm and the shoes were finished by 8pm and look as good as new even after the 3 months of caves, highlands and national parks they were subjected to. We asked for the clothes to be air dried and they were done early the next morning which is a great turnaround as it’s very cold here at the moment. They all smell great and are neatly folded. I contacted them via the number on this google page and they responded quickly and with great English. If you need laundry or shoes cleaning I recommend this place!

  Amazing! They came and got our laundry and we had quite a bit of it. It was all clean, folded, smelled great, and was brought back in a very reasonable amount of time! Best of all, their prices were great which helped us out being a family of 4 and 5 days straight with no laundry service. Thank you for making the laundry be something we didn't have to sweat about on our wonderful vacation to beautiful Vietnam!

  I arrived in Sapa at 1:30pm today with a huge bag of dirty laundry and used Ms.Clean laundry because it had 5 star reviews. She collected the laundry from me at our hotel within minutes of my contacting her and has just returned it to me at our hotel at 6pm. Our clothes have never been this clean and all beautifully sorted and folded. It is amazing good value for money. I wish the same service existed in the UK!

  The BEST laundry!!! The owner was so cooperative and kind! She said they wash the Gore-Tex jackets separately in the right way. They were so fast!! Give my clothes in at 22:30 and it was ready at 12:30 the next day! Smelling very good too! (Attached is before and after) In addition, they also wash shoes but we didn’t use that service. All was for a very fair price!

  Such a lovely experience and amazingly fresh clothes. The young person at the receptionist was so friendly and informative and well spoken. I needed my laundry done on a tight schedule and know when I needed to collect, so whatsapping them was really easy to get the arrangement I needed - they're really responsive too. So much more affordable than hotel services and the clothes came smelling so fresh, clean, and neatly folded. Look at the screenshot they are alrdy online on standby to receive any queries you have and give you timely update on when your laundry is ready to collect

  Super easy and affordable, we wanted somewhere were we didn’t have to spend hours of our day doing laundry. This service provided an affordable place to drop off your things, enjoy your day and come back to fresh amazing scented laundry. Highly recommend !

  My shoes got really dirty after Vietnam mountain marathon. They cleaned my shoes so well that I sent them a second pair. Both look brand new now! Very satisfied with the service and laundry results.
